Using frozen blood worms works great for parents as a little cube thaws, it drops worms and gets eaten falling. They love it. Btw a great companion fish if not breeding in bumble gobies and ghost shrimp to eat any uneaten worms on bottom. I’ve done this and never had compatibility issues, even with shrimp.

Be very careful showing stuff like this in the background as these days inspectors use any source to catch people out including media. On a brighter note keep up the good work and make sure you have as a minimal safety switch installed. ;-)

Depends on your tankmates. Ideally, fast moving and peaceful tankmates are best. Avoid long finned fishes like bettas as peas have been known to nip at their fins. With that being said, most pea keepers agree that a species only tank is the best option.

Put methylene blue in your hatching tanks for better hatch rate. Put more males, like 6 males to 4 females ratio for better fertile egg rate. Change that "spawning mop" to palm fiber to reduce risk of damaging the eggs.
