Hey Marcus I have been following your 5 ingredients or less meal approach do the eggs count as both fat and protein ?? Same thing with cheese?? Appreciate the help!

@@noahstewart3694no sir ingredient just mean like egg is one ingredient. Fat, protein, and carbs are macronutrients not an ingredient. Hope this helps!
The butter we have been waiting for! Sounds like my coffee. Well, kind of. 😂In my cofffee I have it with pasteurized grass fed collagen, grass fed, Irish butter, heavy cream, and a dash of cinnamon :)

@TannerShuck take notes from this guys approach to teaching others healthy habits. No need to bring others down and act like a tough guy to get a good message across
Why add creatine to the “super butter” why not just supplement with it separately to assure you’re getting an efficacious dose? I feel like you would be getting very inconsistent dosages that would be heavily influenced by how much “super butter” you have per day.
Wait…so eggs are king now? I thought liver was king? Are you the egg king now??
