How To Break Your Arm The Easiest Way

Спорт

I broke a bone for the first time in my life! It sucks that it was while doing such a dumb trick. Apparently I broke my left radial head below the elbow. I won't be able to skate for a few weeks so the videos I was currently working on will have to go on hold. However, I will be shifting focus to make a few more informational videos.
Keep skating, have fun, and be safe!

If crying infront of 30 kids when I re-tore my ACL 3 months after I tore it(it was already partly torn, but I tore it the rest of the way) makes me a tough guy, then yes, I'm tough. And when I had nerve damage in my mouth from a rotten tooth,( this is the worst pain I ever felt in my life.) I was on the ground curled up in the feedle position, crying and begging my mom to take me the the E.R. at 3am.. I never said I'm tough. But I've never seen 1 person in person, cry from a broken bone. I've never seen a kid break a bone either though. I have no problem i cry. I've cried in front of many people. Your body has a natural chemical reaction to make broken bones less painful. That's why it always hurts more days later.

I had a car run me over, broke my tib, fib, and 3 bones in my foot that I dont know the names of, and tore my ACL in half. I didnt really feel any pain until a week later. But ya.. 911 was the 3rd call I made, because I wasnt really worried about it because I wasnt hurting. 1st I called my girlfriend at that time, to let her know I wasnt coming to her house anymore, then my mom to let her know I got ran over by a car and that I was alright, and when she got there she was freaking out even though I was super calm, and then after that phone call I called 911 to let them know a car ran me over. Good times. And the breaking of the bones still didnt bother me for the most part.. but the torn ACL.. ya that still hurts almost every day of my life.. even 11 years later. Broken bones barely hurt... torn ligaments hurt like a bitch! Like 100x worse.. but I think its person dependent. My friend tore his ACL and I think his MCL too, playing soccer. And he said he was unfazed by it.. but he broke his knuckle when he was mad and punched a wall.. and that made him cry. Lol. So I guess it just depends on the person?

It's kind of an underrated subject in skateboarding videos honestly. Because even with wristguard pads and knee pads, you still shouldn't take on full impact blows from a slam, or you'll be breaking bones a lot. I kind of wish more videos would include rolling out of slams and 'how to' do that.

One video idea (or maybe you already have done it and I haven’t come across it) is a video on learning to commit / overcoming the mental barrier. I’m just starting to skate again after about 15 years of not skating, and am completely comfortable cruising around, riding ramps at the skate park, and doing ollies at fast speeds. But when it comes to committing to any trick where the board leaves my feet, my body literally won’t allow me to. It’s so frustrating, because I could do a lot on flat ground, boxes, rails, and banks as a kid. I can do stuff fine in the grass , so that doesn’t seem to help a ton. But I can’t seem to get over this mental block of falling. Would be cool to see you talk about this, especially since you’ll have to work through it yourself after you broke your arm. Thanks for the content man, appreciate it!

Ya know, it’s surprising the amount of adrenaline flowing when you break a limb. When I broke my left ankle playing football, it didn’t hurt at all for about 15 seconds. Then suddenly the body realized the pain and it swole up like a watermelon lol. Get well soon.

Yikes. I've only broken one bone in my life and I was like 13. I know it was the most painful thing I'd ever felt, I cried for hours. To this day I still don't think I've felt more pain, and I'm 24 now. Seeing you break a bone and not have the slightest reaction is almost unnerving
