How-to break down the ribs for a french rib rack or tomahawk chop with Remi Warren
Спорт
Remi takes you through the proper steps on removing the ribs from a Caribou in the field and then trimming it up for a french rib rack, tomahawk chops, or long-handled chops. This process works great for elk, moose, deer, pronghorn, and almost any other big game animal.

Love the podcast remi great info. Always seems when I actually come up with a good question someone asks before I can! Like that hunter or elk bugle on yesterdays!
Hey buddy thanks for making my drives to work informative and inspiring for the last 100 weeks. Just starting 101 and can't wait till episode 200 :p
I’ve been hunting as long as I was maybe 6 with a BB gun on my grandparents farm. Was thought to process game and farm animals just as young growing up in Hawaii. Living Washington since 1996 almost every hunter I meet never process their catch and drop off to butcher. 1 night neighbor got a cow elk on a car hit only front right ankle cops put it down - swing by grabbed it and at around 11 and quarter out and hanging in the garage by 12AM next day I had neighbor cutting his meat the whole time my 12 year old daughter was on another table processing our amount of elk- she even cut some medaling seasoned and pan seared for neighbor to taste 🤪 thanks for showing how to process your catch and break it down for cooking
Thank you for all the info. Congratulations on 100 episodes.
