Me too, I'm with you. If other people can do it I believe I can too. I love braids and I can not afford not even one hundred dollars to pay for braiding my hair. And I can not tolerate going for months without my hair freshly braided. The longest would two weeks.

I'm going to stick with just this video on repeat... I started trying at 12 and I'm over 40 now 🥴

You will get it. Just keep practicing. I learn how to do feed in braids by watching the video and braiding at the same time by copying hand movements. I hope this helps.

Seems like you may have issues with spacing with your fingers. Try keeping your fingers close together. It will guide you into grabbing smaller amounts of hair. I hope this helps.

For the people that are still confused I suggest doing flat twist. Which are corn rows but only using 2 strands instead of 3. In my opinion it’s easier.

Other tutorials don't explain how to use the fingers and you can't see how they're handling each division of the 3 portions. I love the angle your camera is recording also. I love how everyone in the comments is like 10-12 learning how to brain and Im 15! Im only here for a project but I wanted to know how to braid for the longest. I’m abt to be 12 and I really want to learn how to braid so I can do my own hair and I can do my families hair for money when I’m around like 15 Update: I can braid now I’m no pro and I still have a lot of work to do to make it more neat but here’s a tip don’t focus on how much hair to grab just let your fingers flow cause naturally your fingers are gonna pick up hair for the next braid just be sure to straighten it out each time you braid again that’s all

My issue is grabbing too much hair & staying in the section. If I’m doing multiple braids I tend to grab hair from the other braid by accident

Kel2wice Try applying an edge control at the beginning of the hair that is about to be braided and it should help with gripping. I hope this helps.

Its possible on curly hair. You have to find the right products and make sure its detangle. I like to use water and grease.

Try braiding the hair while it is wet. This may help stop the tangling.
