It is recommended to perform asanas in the morning on an empty stomach, after relieving yourself, and before brushing your teeth. This is because practising yoga on an empty stomach can help to improve digestion, increase flexibility, and provide a calm and energized start to your day. If you prefer to practice later in the day, it is recommended to wait at least 2 hours after eating a meal before performing asanas. This allows your body to properlydigest food and avoid discomfort during practice.

However, Kunjal Kriya is not recommended for everyone, especially for people with certain medical conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, or a history of eating disorders. It is also not recommended for pregnant women. At The Yoga Institute, we recommend another similar cleansing technique called Vaman Dhouti.

Very interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Eat more calories than you lose. Focus on that and see what makes you lose more calories (stress, too much movement, etc) and what type of food (mostly healthy) you can eat throughout the day that gives you the amount of calorie you need to gain weight.
