Do not blindly change your system wide power plan to high performance. That can be a very bad idea for your electricity bill if you use your computer for anything else or just leave it running sometimes. And if you do change it, at least do a before and after benchmark to see if you are actually getting any benefit.

for optimal input lag, irs better to have it higher. watch some linus

Good video, only thing I wouldn’t recommend is setting gpu performance to maximum in (global settings) as when your just on desktop afk ect it will be getting hot and at boost clock over nothing and you’ll keep hearing gpu fans spin up on and off.. Enable gpu maximum performance per program/game settings and keep global gpu power settings on normal.

Hi spook my issue is weird so when I load into rocket league free play, ranked matches etc. my car and gameplay speed is moving at 0.25 speed it's so annoying, I had this one issue in a game on Tuesday where it lagged and went slow all of a sudden and now it's continuing to do so. I can't play ranked at all cause I'm not at my normal speed, my settings are all on low same thing I have my FPS to what my monitor can take, vsync off I've tried different controllers but still nothing I'm on EU servers do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this issue?

You should have said something about VRR..

just saying, i get a minimum of 800FPS and max out at 1200FPS, i don't think limiting my in game FPS will do very much.
