Would like a video on cartwheeling a low backed kayak, i have a ripper and saw you cartwheeling when you came to the UK last time at Lee Valley White Water Centre, I was shocked when you said hello as was not expecting to see you and your family and Bren

University canoe club newbie here: when boofing, ive seen some people edging to the side as they do it, as far as sometimes being properly 90º in the water and I'm not quite sure why they do this/what the benefits of it are? Any insight would be appreciated thanks :)

If a kayaker takes a hard right stroke (boof) the kayak will turn a bit to the left. (Your feet want to go left). You can imagine what hapens when a kayer is hanging 90°. His/her feet go up in the air!

I'm trying to understand exactly what you are asking. This is getting a little more advanced, but you can edge and actually do a C-stroke buff, pulling and edging in an angled direction. Or you can also land on edge to limit impact to your back. Does that answer your question?

it's onomatopoeia. It describes the sound the boat makes when it lands flat.
