My hairstylist never explains how to do styles . She sells products , you get home , and Ihave no clue how to use them. Thank you for your videos , you have accomplished to teach whereas hair stylists never do .

Tutorials by Dominique Sachse are the greatest!! She really knows how to enhance the good features and downplay the weak ones on a person's face by using makeup to it's full advantage. Having a beautiful face on which to apply her artistic knowledge of makeup is purely magical. It's a delight to watch and learn from all of the subjects that she has done tutorials on.

I showed this video to a stylist who was highly recommended. I could cry. I love this style and the stylist who is expensive, butchered my hair. I’ve been so upset and just don’t want to leave the house it’s so bad. Here’s hoping my hair grows quickly. I didn’t think it could be any easier than to show the stylist this video.

Dominique, at your starting point when you have all your hair to the back and unstilted, I realized: with your face you cannot have "bad-hair-day". You can pull all to the back, have your usual make-up on and you are red-carpet ready. One more reason to thank you for your tutorials - most of these moves are for us as you don't really need them. I've lost count on how many times I've watched this video. My hair is a bit longer than yours in this video. I've been growing my pixie for about a year and I finally have a short bob. I love how easy you made it look. I totally agree I'm also not afraid to experiment with my hair, I've done blonde, frost, highlights, red (which was my favorite) the maintenance to the bob-cut is amazing & convenient. I can't wait to try out the products you use

Yes it is, in technical terms, a triangular shape (longer in front and shorter in the back, ) with graduation in the back. What makes it so cute is the details. Taking it short enough with the angle in back to accentuate the gorgeous line AND bone structure of the woman. Some call it a "stacked bob", too, but they really need to be done well, or can look tragic back there. The softness and femininity is created with razor-cut edges at the nape, the subtle highlight, and side swept fringe. One of my favorite looks and cuts to do. I appreciate your demonstrating the use of products and the fact that your hair still moves and is touchable. Over-use of hairspray can be aging. Hair should move, in my opinion. Love it! Nice vid!

All of my life I had straight, fine hair...a lot of hair but fine. Now at the age of 60 my hair has developed curls and the texture is different. It feels thicker. I have always had short, pixie cut, spiky look. My past hair appointment I didn't know what to tell my hair dresser the look I wanted because I never dealt with curl. Thank goodness for this tutorial and the 4 way Pixie cut tutorial. I now have a direction, and idea, and the knowledge of how to work with my hair.

I have watched this video so many times I've lost count. I love this "do"so much. I'm in the process of letting layers grow out. I too have naturally "wavy" (not curly) hair, but on humid days it is atroucious to tame. I am a hair stylist so I feel I will be able to manage it. However, rest assured Dominique has real talent and has a beautifully shaped face for this style. I truly would not recommend it for truly "curly hair" mine is wavy.

I just ordered the Living Proof Amp on their website its cheaper and i got 10 percent off and i get a free mini shampoo, conditioner and treatment mask. I ordered the Kenra 25 hair spray from amazon. I have a bob just got it cut went to a different stylist and she could of went a little shorter plus it needs more layers. Its stillbto thick. Its been a nightmare. I know these products will help ordered the got to be mousse to! I cant wait and a new hair dryer!

I have been watching all your videos... my hair is similar to yours hard to get straight but wow the big brush for straightening it is a miracle... have also bought matt nude based eye shadows too and getting some choppy layers added to my bob... so yep, addicted but that's because all your tips etc actually work...

I love love love this it's given me great ideas as I was actually getting fed up of the way it looks now as I normally have short spiky hair but now it's about 1 inch shorter than yours in this video. After watching this I'm definitely now converted!. Thanks so much for posting this video 😊👍🏻 x

I have this same hair cut and I have thick hair and I love this cut so easy to style. I finally used up product I already used and decided to try living proof amp for a couple months and it is fabulous. It gives such lift even to thick heavy hair like mine and when I'm on my 4th week just before I get another haircut my hair does not get weighed down and I still have the big hair look that I love. Well it's nicely big not too Jersey Girl big!
