How to bind radio to reciever DX5 Spektrum Rugged

Got a new radio for my RC cars and trucks this DX5 can hold up to 20 cars so if you need to bind its easy make sure you get correct reciever

Dude, thank you! I have been trying for to figure out how to bind this radio to my LMT for a little while now. The manual was no help at all.
