You expect me to custom loop water cool my PC? I can't even tie my shoes! Seriously though, you really look like you know what you are doing. Cool that one of my favorite tech tubers does a guide on this even though I'll for sure never do this lol. Nice work man.

It does look pretty.
best coverage I've seen on rigid tubing bending... re-heating, correcting small blemishes... spot on, Greg!
I must say i'm impressed, that the first build that really looks amazing, perfect bends, an innovative and nice way to run the tubing and AT LAST i see you've made a proper fill port at the top and a drain port at the lowest point possible in the loop. Very nice build, beautiful, nice job man :)
To be honest, this video had the best tubing tutorial and sex-ed lesson I have ever seen hahaha Good job on the vid

Big fan of the tubing routes in that white and blue phanteks build used as a reference. Today I just saw my favorite case just got a white variant and I'll be buying it from Newegg within the week. One condition of buying it is that switching from soft tubing to hard is a must. I come home from work to find this video in my subscriptions. It's a sign my time has come...
Excellent video & by far the most helpful to me I've found on KZread. Thank you for your assistance! ☺
Nice descriptive walk through. Short, clear and sweet.
Doing my first WC build and this was helpful for sure. Thanks for taking the time to make it.
Thanks for an excellent tutorial! Been watercooling since 2004 but doing my very first hard tubing with PETG today, feel a lot more confident after your tutorial so I'm off to the workshop for a new build that looks year 2020 and not alternate timeline steampunk 1860 X-D Feels like cheating when all the parts are actually designed for pc water cooling instead of using a Ford heater cell for a radiator, custom fitting universal blocks and painstakingly combining plumbing and aquarium supplies to get it done X-D
Loving the bends in that system and i have to agree so far the best looking one so far
Thank you for this tutorial. I've done soft tubing for years, and am looking to try PETG tubing when I do a new rig when Zen 3/RTX 3000/Big Navi comes out.
Nice you have camera man! Enjoying the 2 angles we get.
Thanks for the video. I can tell your a person who pays attention to the details like me. I have found that using the ratchet cutters can create micro fractures at the very tip of the tubing. That's why I used both tools like you suggested. Start off marking your spot with the rotary cutter, and then finish the cut with the ratchet cutters. No sanding or beveling needed. I wish someone would post a good video on best measurement practices with hard tubing. I have no clue how to measure and implement but i will soon learn the hard way.
Those bends are so clean, looks really good.
I remember your first tube bending video, this is much improved!
This is helping me a lot on my venture to water cooling my first PC. Thanks so much!
seriously greg awesome video love how detailed you explained everything awesome job man!!!
Great and precise showing of bending and cutting tubing - thanks
this is the cleanest looking loop I have ever seen. Simple and tidy! However, I think the reservoir obstructs the airflow through the radiator a bit.
that was an amazing guide..even though i don't think i would ever do a custom loop build..but great work as always explaining the details
Thanks for the video Greg, looks easy enough, one day I'll have the motivation to do it.
Love u man. The only one who explains everything this well.
I'm proud to see this channel evolve.
Tbh besides the gold vid greg has to be my favorite tech tuber hes honest, cuts the crap, and doesnt xare what anyone else thinks 👌 keep up the good work.
splendid job, super informative and just a really great tutorial
Good job man you've come a long way this looks great.
this is the best hard tubing walkthrough ive found on the internet, gg salazar
Thanks for making this! You're such an amazing bender :D
This tutorial is great because Greg still remembers what he went through as a beginner so it's a lot more helpful than someone who has been doing it for years and tells you to just bend it.
Definitely the best loop yet. Looks damn fine.

Thank you, i was always scared of doing custom cooling. Now i can start with my wife's PC build!
You have great music taste. i keep seeing really great band shirts on.
god, you've come such a long way Salazar, i can already see linus collaborating with you in the future... dropping all your stuff like hes known for lmao
This videos definitely going into my 'PC Stuffs' playlist. Very well present. Good job Man. :)
very informative. not only does it show what to do correctly. it shows what NOT to do and why. thanks. saved. maybe I'll do a custom loop one day but right now im fine with AIOs
So I need lubing when I want to stick my insert into a tight tubing? Thx for the tips man!
This tutorial is perfect! Good job!
very well done guide, ty. I will be using this for reference in the future.
this guide still the best one on youtube 2018
Best diy video by far!
nice video u took ur time to explain everything .nicely done

A-Z Tips Give it a try!
Thanks for the useful tips, great work!
that's one of the best builds i've even seen
Great Video. Thanks a lot for these Tipps. Would love to see a Part 2 off it. Maybe how to measure a Tube Run.
Great video! I've been interested in learning how to custom water cool. Now, this video may have just tipped that bucket. Time to impulse buy water cooling components! :P
This is your best made video. I am still spooked to do a custom loop though.

GORGEOUS WORK!!!! im now blue with envy...
Great vid man! I'm still building the courage to try my own custom loop. It's a bit intimidating- especially because I am a bit OCD.
loved the new film angles
Best explanation I've seen!
Awesome work.Keep it up
next jayztwocents????? the walter white loop behind you is honestly one of the best loop I have ever seen, the design is perfect, if I have enough money to build a custom loop or convert my current pc into a custom loop then I would do a similar loop, look soooooo nice good job
Nice video, great job!
Great video, thanks for making it!
Thanks mate, well done.
Youre the man i will try this the next week and see what happens. :D
very good tut. Well Done.

Tnx Greg. Really appreciate it.
Nice shirt. Most youtubers dont take that much detail into there videos
Excellent video!
Very good tutorial, Thanks.
Mr. S, i loved this video and was wondering if you've ever seen artistic designs incorporated into tubebending with PETG and how this may effect coolant flow? i was considering doing some coiled and basic shaped bending in my cooling rig (heart shapes, lightning bolt, basic shapes) what are your thoughts on this? is this too complicated of a practice for a cooling system?
my personal technique for getting bends its rotating above a heat gun, but only holding one side. when the tube just starts to bend under its own weight is when i take the heat away and make my bend
Really good demonstration. This will help me in my first custom loop build, but I'm concerned about measuring the tube. Let's say if i want to go from the rad to the block etc.. What's your method? Or recommended method.
O my, it looks absolutely beautiful with that liquid

Very... very good video. Thx !
I'm glad you finally learn how to use the pipe cutter. The first video you said its not good or something like that & you don't recommend it.
Thank you for your enlightenment! One question: I have the choice between a 10mm ID 12mm OD (2mm thick), and a 10mm ID 14mm OD (4mm thick). What would be the best choice? Is thicker better with PETG (e.g. in regard to capillary transfer or whatnot)? Thanks again.
great video.... you gotta make a "how to run maintanence on a custom loop" video though... thats whats really making me just use regular AIO's. Maybe how to assemble the whole thing as well
The science of bending tubes, good video dude
great tutorial, thank you for not making it a dirty video.
Could I maybe ask what kind of coolant you are running? I love the blue stain.
Great video first of all. I was wondering, how do u manage your radiator fans? Do you create a fan curve in your bios? I ask because I just finished my loop. I have a 360 rad in the front and my fans will rev up and down at random times. Idle or load. Its very annoying. I tried messing around with the fan control in the bios but its still doing it.
this actually looks so clean. should name it "Aqua"
4 years later….this video is still useful for new beginner coolant PC people.
Nice video very helpful
Nice case at the back! Do you mind sharing what's the cooling system items brand and models you got there (water tank, radiator and pump) and case? My cooling system is like 10 years old so time for an upgrade...
What mat is that? Looks pretty cool with all the different types of connectors. I assume it's anti-static?
I liked the video purely because of your breaking benjamin shirt but it was a great, informative video
I´m really thinking about making my first own loop. I´ve got a big hardware upgrade coming soon so I´m switching cases aswell, I was about to use an AIO but a custom loop is just so much better. Still concerned about the cost of all the parts I need and risk to my other components if I manage to fuck it up completely
liking the shirt!
