HOW TO BECOME YOUR HEALTHIEST SELF | 7 tips to help you glow from the inside out

THIS is the ultimate guide to becoming your healthiest, glowiest self. I've truly never received so many compliments on my "glow" and my aura, and I really believe it's because I've started really implementing these 7 things and taking care of my health HOLISTICALLY over the last few years.
As someone who's struggled with extremes and a not-so-positive relationship with what's typically considered "healthy"(nutrition & weight loss) in the past, I've really taken the time to dive into learning as much as I can about TRUE HEALTH and I feel grateful that I get to share this with you all!
Please comment below to let me know which tip resonated with you the most!
Love you guys!! xx

    Great to point out that breathwork is not "rabdomly breathing" but strategic and intentional breath work, as the name suggests! I would really like to try breathwork. :) thanks for sgaring your learnings in this video! Be well. 💚:)

    Excellent video, so informational/helpful for someone who wants to change their lifestyle. As a mom of 3, sleep has been a big issue for me. I know the importance of it, yet still find it difficult to get to bed early. Just bought the book Atomic Habits because it’s time for change, need to have energy not only for myself but for my family as well. Thanks for the tips ❤!

    Very happy with this video. It contains a lot I just started discussing with my docter. Like l glutamine, bone broth, but also doing a stress release program. Also just started taking fytoplankton from the Dutch brand plnktn which helps my gut a lot. Please do a video on hormonal health because I am searching for that in my own health

    Amazing video! Esp. to get a refresher on some practices A couple notes for viewers/ Palm oil is not a seed oil - unless it is palm KERNEL oil. It gets a horrible rep but it's mainly because it is often poorly sourced and not actually regular palm oil. Other than that yes omg... all the oils mentioned - RUN. / And I will say this about alcohol because it is very sad that people reach for it thinking it doesn't hurt. Unlike things like icecream and similar indulgences, it is 100% a poison to the body. Also unlike caffeine because it is only toxic to your system past a certain amount, and unlike some sugar because fruit is simply INCREDIBLE. Important to just know that 0 drinks is where to aim at because none of it is nourishing you - at least you get fat and carbs from that ice cream and if it's high quality it might not be too bad to digest and process. Balance is obviously key because if you cannot go without that drink here and there, putting yourself in a restrictive state that will cause stress and potentially binge cycles is definitely not the answer. But that will likely get you thinking about why you cannot go without that drink here and there. It is liberating to understand the why behind our habits! And know that we need to care for our body if we gave it toxins.

    I definitely fall under the category of people who drink coffee on an empty stomach. 😬 I’ll be changing that asap! 🤞🏼 How long would you recommend waiting after having something like a banana to have a cup of coffee?

  • @TheCarolinaLifestyle

    @TheCarolinaLifestyle

    Жыл бұрын

    You don't have to wait too much, I usually have it right after! But you can also wait a couple mins :) Mashing it up and adding cinnamon can also help it get into your bloodstream faster so maybe try that too!
