Thanks Kara, another great and helpful video. I liked the point about the problem-solution. Also in terms of not dwelling on problems of office politics but finding a way of getting things done (I don’t know if this implication is correct, but that’s how I was thinking about it in my head today ☺️).

Absolutely! Focusing on getting things done instead of dwelling on problems is much more effective in leadership. It can be hard to not dwell on problems though, but it's a conscious effort we have to make. Thanks so much for watching Eszter!

Thank you Kara Ronin Ma'am for this Leadership Session, I believe that not only me but millions of people will get to learn about leadership. And one more thing about Smart Leaders is that they create a long lasting impression when they just left the room. Because there is a saying that, "YOUR VALUE IS NOT SEEN WHEN YOU ARE WITH PEOPLE BUT WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE AND PEOPLE TALK ABOUT YOU", I think this very unique attribute of leaders, I need to develop this.

That is a very insightful saying Jyotirmay! Thank you for sharing that. Smart leaders definitely have that impact on people. This is what I call "leadership presence". Real leaders never have problems….. only solutions. When I retired I had over 500 staff members. Notice I didn’t say employees. Those that succeeded and excelled in my company always, and only ever, brought solutions to the meetings. Never problems. If your company’s philosophy includes “problem resolution” then I suggest that you look seriously at your companies intention.
