I’m in the same position. It’s easy to have a bunch of different jobs as a truck driver. Especially if you’re chasing higher pay.

The audio is low on a lot of your videos. But I love the content.

Is the video on the academics test for the academy going to come out soon. I'm definitely looking forward to watching that video?

Hey 360! I currently active duty in the navy and unfortunately have a history of drinking but as of right now im a couple days away from 7 months sober, my question is, do i have to disclose that and if so would it hinder me in the hiring process? I have been wanting to be a LEO for a while and have previous service as a volunteer firefighter before military service, along with a job with DOD contractor, but im afraid my past history of drinking might be a problem. But, to make it a little better, i never got in trouble for it, it never ended up on my record as a non judicial punishment or anything like that

I would say this, if you are not asked a direct or roundabout question that deals with drinking or substance abuse, then I would not just volunteer it. However, if you even think the question can apply to your situation tell them. While you may have had a struggle, you did not actually get in trouble and you have overcome the issue and deal with it successfully every day. I would also acknowledge the stress in Law Enforcement and present a plan to deal with it without turning back to alcohol. Hope this helps, good luck.

hey 360 currently applying. Do i have to include every job i've worked in the last 10 years even if it was a job i didn't work for long? or can it be just the jobs i worked for a long period of time?

Usually the instructions will say list all employment over the last 10 years, explain any gaps in employment and provide a reference that can verify the time period. Put every detail in there, don't take the chance of looking deceptive. Good luck.

I have a question for you. I was young and dumb worked at temp services and bounced around from wearhouse to wearhouse and can’t name where I have worked what should I do

I would list the temp agency as your place of employment, then in the job description, simply state you were assigned to various warehouses for varying amounts of time. List a contact person at the temp place as a supervisor. By the way, it wasn't dumb, I did a temp agency for a couple of months too, we do what we need to do. Think, during an interview question you can talk about moving warehouse to warehouse and having to establish relationships quickly just like an officer does responding to different calls......Ahhhh, works for me. Good luck.

I recently had my oral interview with the chief, assistant chief, HR personnel and some others. How do I know it went well?

Usually they try to keep a straight face and won't give any visual or verbal ques. If you have a recruiter, you can reach out. If no recruiter you can reach out to HR and see if they are able to share any scoring. A lot of times they won't release scoring until the end of the process. Basically, it can't hurt to call and ask, good luck.
