I'm studying in Argentina in Universidad del Salvador in a double title program with Pantheon-Sorbonne University. When I finish my studies I'll have a M2 and also the attorney title to exercise the profession in Argentina. Thanks for the video, you provided me very useful information. By the way, we also pay smaller tuition fees here, 4000 dolars a year in my case...

I completed my Bachelors in Business administration this year. Can I choose m1 corporate law. Will it make me eligible? I’m insecure about my bachelors degree as it’s irrelevant to law.

Do you need a DELF B2 and above certificate to sit for the Article 100 exam? Are there any prep classes that you would recommend to prepare for the Article 100. I am a lawyer licensed in Texas, near the border in deep south Texas.

Thanks for your comment Robert. This video is not about the article 100 exam but I do have an interview on my channel with Marc Weitz, a CA lawyer who took the article 100 exam. In it, he discusses what he did to prepare. Good luck.

Hi Parviz, I am considering Law School in France. I have a Bachelors and Masters in Criminal Justice. Would I have to take Master 1 there in France? I too am here in Southern California. I plan to relocate to Perpignan in the future.

I believe you would have to at least take the Master 1 (and possibly master 2) as well in France or become a lawyer here in CA and then take the article 100 examination for attorney licensing in France. You may want to check the other video I published, interviewing Marc Weitz about the article 100 exam. Good luck!

Is it possible to still qualify even if my bachelor's degree is in Business, but my master's degree is in law (LLM.)?? Or is it only possible with also a bachelor's in law? Thanks in advance

There is a separate process to qualify for a legal license in France as a foreign attorney. If you already are licensed somewhere, I suggest you investigate that route. For American attorneys, it's called the French article 100 exam. Good luck.

@@kerol5905 In that case, I believe you would have to go through the "normal" French route discussed in the video, which is to get your M1 and possibly M2 as well then go through the 18 month bar school/internship period. I would also recommend you reach out to Michel as he would know better.

To attend a law school in France at graduate level, most school will require an undergraduate degree. My thought on this is that you should not hesitate to contact the universities because there may be schools that will admit you in particular law programs related to your previous degrees. If the public law schools are reluctant, you can still get an admission in private ACCREDDITED universities who often offer dual degrees with a public law school. So definitely I will say give it a try. Best of luck,
