@@ParvizMalakoutii know is your job but i dont have 250usd right now. I just needed that apostille but i ll figure it out how fix this. Thanks for your time. Your videos helps a lot, thanks again.
The State Department web site seems to indicate that I have to get it Notarized first before sending it to them for Apostille. Is that new? Your video doesn't indicate that need. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/records-and-authentications/authenticate-your-document/apostille-requirements.html (corrected link)
Hi in form i-730 part 2 it asking us to name and mailing address of the beneficiary in language of the country where he or she resides. So My husband is living in third country not in our home land should I write it by our own native language or the third country where he is right now?
How do I change that I want to take the test in spanisn
Thank you for making this concise and helpful video!!!
Once I typed “This reminds me of the “I think we are gonna have to kill this guy Steven” meme” and it immediately gets removed. Even if you replace kill with k1ll or similar it doesn’t matter you can’t swear there…
Which countries anyone can apply for citizenship for Canada with immigration fraud but not approved in uk?

Hello, I received my green card with the wrong date, it was dated four years later, what should I do?
Hi! Could i get accepted into the facebook group please? Thank you!! :)
So helpful!
thank you! I still have a question. What is the difference between physical presence and continuous residency in the USA. I had more than 6 months and less than a year of absence from the USA, but I have all the ties with the USA, distant employment for the USA company, while outside of the USA, banking, taxing, same residence etc. But I might have not physically been present for 180 days in the USA, but I kept my ties here all that time. Do I qualify or not?
I was 940 days in US during five years and had 5 trips outside the US but back to US before 6 months , fluent in English, pass civics and writing and reading , and no criminal issues at all, but the officer told me I have to consult with my boss and calculate your presence , after 1 month there is not any answer or demanding any documents , what should I do?
I'd have to know more information. You're welcome to book a zoom consultation with us.
pls how do i get it done , if i am outside America
All I use is passport card. Surrendered DL. ( Dalen v State)
Nice.
WIll i have to pay for the application again if I miss the interview?
Can I get the passport card without a passport. As a U.S. citizen, can I just use the passport card to take a cruise to Hawaii? Or do i still need a regular passport for cruise ships?
Love my passport card ❤❤❤
The law that established Citizenship by Descent, and the Registry, was passed in 1956, What about people born before that? My mother's grandparents, on her father's side, were both born in Ireland. According to this, that made her father a (foreign born) Irish citizen, and therefore, she was also an Irish citizen, because of her grandparents. I was born in 1954, prior to the existence of the law and registry. What recourse is available to me?
Hi sir, my ex fiance, the petitioner didn't widraw my K1 visa petition. I am the beneficiary and we already have NOA2. My question is, will that affect my future visa application in the US, tourist or another K1 petition?
Would be great if you could do a video about how to upload it online.
eforms.state.gov/Forms/ds4194.PDF to fill out the form on the computer then print it out
My great great grandmother is Irish, born in Ireland. Can I get Irish citizenship by descent?
Thank you for the video! I was wondering if you need an original copy of the background check for it to get apostilled or if just printing the emailed one if fine?
Where is the link 🤦🏽♀️
Hello, I was wondering if I change the physical address into Houston and mailing address into Dallas, does that make an issue with I130 case?
I have discovered my grandfather born in 1920 does not have a birth certificate as his father never registered his birth. I do have proof he was baptised the day after his birth from the parish church. Can I use this instead? I've asked the Irish GRO to do a search for him.

Same case I donno what to do
Great info! Thanks for making this video
Hello, Thanks for the video! I have a relative here as green card and permanent resident. She previously had a US passport (so she said) and travelled to Laos on couple occasions. Three years ago she husband (married via traditional ceremonies, not legally), split and he kept her passport from her, they do not speak. Early last year the passport expired. So she just applied for a new one. Just last month Her application was denied by the passport office citing Section 320 of INA. However, she is currently 45 years old. She was 18 prior to either parents acquiring citizenship (2002) and started a family. Question - due to her current age and being 18 prior to her parent’s citizenship, and she previously has a passport (expired), why would Section 320 apply and why would they deny her? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
I forgot to put tick in the checklist. I just put signature and name. Will that cause visa refusal. Note: all the documents are uploaded before going to vfs for biometric
Great info. Can they still Apostille the background check if it's been over 6 months?

What if you have a re entry permit?
My wife died while my I-130 was pending, and I requested the USCIS to convert it into widower petition. USCIS approved the form I-130 and sent it to department of state, but didn't convert it into widower petition. What is the solution of this now? Please guide me.
Can I book an appointment?
