Already using Looker Studio in my work in Digital Marketing & Web Analytics, will be interesting to see how different Tableau & Power Bi are compared to Looker Studio. In my opinion, learning the basics in Looker Studio was very easy, but I don't expect the same from the other tools. One thing I have never needed to do in Marketing Analytics / Web Analytics, is data blending, because there are 3rd party connectors in Looker Studio that do it for me, so I am looking forward to learning more proper ways to work data 😅

I am not from the IT sector and I feel that technologies like GPT could replace us. Therefore, I am thinking of learning a new skill from scratch. I believe it is important to understand how to work with AIs like GPTs or how to operate them by learning computer science and programming. However, I am also confused because I have seen programmers and programming learners discussing how they might lose their jobs because of AIs like GPT. Additionally, seeing experienced computer scientists and engineers like yourself working on social media has made me doubt whether I should devote my time to start learning programming and computer science. I am already in my 40s and it would mean a lot to my family if something I learn now will allow me to secure a job in case I lose my current job. I'm kind of in the same boat you are. I'm 48 and was laid off in November from a 15 year career as a mortgage underwriter. I need to start a new career in a new field. I didn't grow up on computers and tech like the younger generations have, so much of this is going to be all new to me.

Mostly requestors dont know what is possible or how/what they want. After requirements I develop reports what I think is best. Mid presentation I ask them what they want to change.Its a journey for both.
