Everyone this show has interviewed always had value ranging from good to great, as per my personal opinion. I don't want to choose the next guest. Open to learn from anyone. Either I will learn something new, or strengthen what I already know, or dispel any inaccurate ideas I have, or atleast give that particular individual's perspective to me that I may agree or disagree with.

Just finished watching this podcast. First of all thank you so much Ranveer sir for this🙏. As an aspiring actor, this podcast has helped me a lot to know about how proper casting works. Panchami Ghavri ma’am seems to be very humble and positive. It would have been so great if all the casting directors were like her and her team. I would request you to bring more podcasts with casting directors and directors. Would genuinely love to see Mukesh Chabbra and you on a podcast. Kudos to you and your entire team🥂❤️

Great interview, but I do disagree about if women in running the country not resulting in war. Look up the history and you will find with POWER a person becomes greedy does many wrong things. Walking the path of Dharma and wisdom may help avoid wars. Also don't see wars as bad because evil is getting destryoed and people stand up for whats is needed in the society.

She definitely has amazing points for a new comer to learn before going to casting director.. And then comes these nepo kids who does nothing, no auditioning, no theatre drama, no acting courses. And get the lead roles..

Loved her energy and personality.. learnt a lot from her❤️❤️

How much they have to go through. The glam and fame is very pretty but the bashing and critisism is such a negative space , constantly being under surveillance. I feel its really a strong headed person's game. Like a politician.

I wish there was a SushantSinghRajput special TRS episode... 🥺💔 Sushant & Ranveer know so many things...

I like them giving actors who are struggling from very long time, what i dont like is sometimes they give opportunity to some people who are from reels or tiktok side like there are lot more than people good from them who always roaming around giving audition standing in a line for audition and these are having chance skipping all these things . I dont hate of them doing albums or anybseries or movies stuff but give others also chance for their skill to showcase.

I think since last 5-6 podcasts the conversation starts with whats the vibe how the guest is feeling. It makes it lil synthetic as a viewer. The ones with Hans Dalal, Captain Raghu Raman m, etc were so so naturally appealing for viewers. The attempt of making the guest comfortable is clearly scene in recent podcast. Before that it used to look natural!

No longer India's smartest podcast I guess.

You are absolutely wrong at 3:45 Panchami mam....the reason being that lead actors are also the speaking characters in a movie. And it's a truth that in our Hindi film industry the casting of lead actors is not done by casting directors but by production houses themselves. Isn't it? Prove me wrong on this point...i would love to be proved wrong.

Well these casting directors sound so good and giving in podcasts and interviews but reality is quite different. I am a learned actor and trust me I’ve been taken roles from by someone who these casting people are friends or family with. It’s a sad sad reality.

@@chandler_bing7433 true. Unless the movie lends cinematic experience it's actually a bad investment. I would rather invest that money on something worthwhile. Already shelling money for OTT platforms so I rather not spend extra for same old hindi movie in a theatre.
