@@OFFONELOTS of networking. If you network a lot you will end up being at the right time, at the right place, when a position will open up that fits your qualifications. Sometimes that might be a territory management assistant position, sometimes it might be somebody wanting to give you an opportunity to run your own territory. I feel The key is lots of networking.
