These are some golden words. I know they are mostly spot on because that is how life and learning works. Great guy and extremely knowledgeable too. No lies, no over the top excitement and no fake promises. Just simple cause and effect. Most important is his familiarity with topic and the delivery of speech.

This is probably all most guys need to know. It's not about talking to girls, it's about building social skills and talking to people. The romantic crap will follow.

-As someone else here said it: first learn about yourself. -Secondly, experience is key but you must work on yourself first to create positive reinforcement because if you go on negative reinforcement streak, it will just kill your confidence. That's why you must work on yourself and be at least decent, hygiene, looks, and voice because if you have squeaky shy voice you're not gonna make it. Personally I have a background in singing and it helps tremendously. I used to be fat and not so attractive, girls were not interested in me. Then I became leaner and athletic, then good clothes etc, and quickly I had a lot of positive interactions with girls. And my confidence started to build up and I had acquired the skill of being able to be smooth. Then you will make mistakes etc but it's about having a positive balance and not juste make a compilation of negative interactions. -3rd : I find it particularly great to talk with women who are interested in you physically. With experience you can easily tell which women are into you (at least physically). It's like starting with 100 points and you lose points when you say dumb shits. It's easier than to start at let's say 50 (neutral) where most mistakes are more impactful. Being smooth mostly rely on chemistry between 2 ppl. I can be smooth but only with girls who are interested in me (or neutral). For other girls where there's no chemistry, I remain "neutral" not smooth but not clumsy either. Which means being smooth is not just being smooth all the time it's about having that skill and being able to use it when needed. (It's like singing, you can sing great, but you don't do it all time) -4th: no pressure, don't expect anything, just enjoy the moment. You will have bad interactions with some women sometimes finding excuses to leave conversation or whatever. It doesn't matter.

I agree with you as it makes a man more social, however you left out a very important factor because I know many guys who talk to men and women all the time and they are not smooth at all and rarely date. I think it's because their internal communication structure has not improved since they were young . That takes a lot of work as an adult and working on this internal dialogue is what gives the initial part of confidence .

I think you really utilize comments to improve the quality of your videos and not only to have some sort of personal gain. In my opinion this video is the one that top any other ones without taking anything from the others. It really covers everything in regards to what is to be considered when wanting to approach women in a less energetic (you call it smooth) way. Still the word approach is not my favorite though. I think getting into people space and talk normally is effective and less compromised I'm just saying.

I don't got fear to talk to women, I just don't know how to hold the conversation. I can say something, see the girls laugh or smile and then it goes flat 100%. I might go and say something completely random or try to repeat the same conversation and say something like "but yeah, that's crazy how...." and she/they will say "yeah, smile/laugh" and flat again... I do 5% of the talking and the girls do 95%, but I can tell they know I'm not saying anything. Sometimes, they don't say anything waiting for me to talk and I just don't say anything.
