    I’m usually not the biggest fan of experimental beats although I do find them interesting because they inspire new ideas. But this beat is actually really fire. It feels like what a modern MF DOOM would sound like, amazing job🔥

    Do you bake in the effect on to your sample or the effect is only triggered when the sample plays? I ask, because maybe you might want a different version of the beat with other edits.

    Been trying to go in this direction but I have been kind of in paralysis analysis. JPEGMAFIA is a big inspo but he uses ableton. I use Fl and mpc beats. Should I pick up another DAW for making experimental things more efficiently? Of course I know most skills can be translated but I'm still considering it. Would love your feedback.

    Obviously not the guy that made the video, but I'd suggest staying with the daw you're comfortable with. Unless you're trying to put in the time to learn ableton. The techniques are transferable. I'd also suggest navie D's jpegmafia video.
