How to Avoid Under or Over-Shooting Your Target During Transitions

Спорт

In this week's dry fire and live fire session, Myles talks about how to avoid undershooting or overshooting your targets during target transitions.
Often, people new to multiple target engagements will have to spend more time getting on target because of their transition technique.

I had realized recently that focusing on a small spot is key for aim. Really good to have that reinforced in this video.

This.. either focusing on a TINY point or going the other extreme and not focusing on "anything at all" will make you move much smoother.

I like your explanation about gliding (after 80% of a transverse transition). I'm guessing the exact fraction depends on how heavy the gun is. I find that focusing on the proximal edge of a target during the transition and then shifting focus to the center A when the gun arrives also works. But this is semantics rather than a big mechanical difference.
