The video shown has nothing to do with reality. You will need to push and pull a lot. Nothing fits as easily as in this video. To make things worst, in this video the stroller is black and all the zippers, hinges and accessories are also black making this hard to follow. That lady is totally faking it, it's a painful process. A bit of a shame as overall it is a good product.

joining the chorus... I hurt my fingers really badly trying to close the second zipper (there are two of them which are horrible, almost impossible to close...) - Overall a very bad experience

Bit more fiddly than the video but overall fairly straightforward, especially with an extra pair of hands to help 👍 The paper instructions are next to useless but this video explains it much more clearly.

These people need to be sued! That’s the only way that companies like this will resolve customers’ issues with their junk and defective products. I see so many parents in the comments frustrated over the same issue. This is unacceptable and frankly negligent cybex!

Everyone in these comments saying the same thing. Just spent half an hour trying to piece this thing together. On top of that the entire buckle piece is missing so going to have to contact Cybex to send us one. Ridiculous!

I agree with everyone! putting this on its a nightmare, impossible in some parts ..zipper is breaking ,it feels all way too small. Please do something about it 'Cybex'! :(

@cybex_global, I don't know if you guys had different releases per year and never bother to put versions on the boxes, but your clients are buying products that do not fit the frames they have. My Seat Pack, the instructions shown in the video, and the instructions shown in the manual of the FRAME, do not match the seat pack itself. Instead of getting a seat pack that slides in as a sleeve that slides from the top of the frame, instead my Seat Pack is expected to use zippers to wrap around the frame. But the frame comes with foam glued to the frame that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to zip the Seat Pack into it, there is just NO space to do so. I feel cheated, as when I bought the frame and car seat I thought I had a product that could last as my baby would grow. But instead I will have to buy a new stroller.

La vidéo est juste hilarante. La fille réussi tous les trucs en deux secondes alors que toi en réalité tu mets une heure car il faut forcer sur tout ! Pas du tout pratique, on paye ça plus de 200€ et même pas une notice dedans. Merci cybex 😒

Nella realtà non è assolutamente facile come nel video. Lei in due secondi stringe, chiude le cerniere, abbottona, monta sulla base,come se ci fosse dell'olio che facesse scorrere tutto. Noi invece stiamo impazzendo per assemblare tutto.

Cybex has the worst customer service. Our zipper is defective and my son almost fell through the seat. They’re refusing to honor the warranty and keep giving us the run around. Such a terrible company that does not care about our children’s safety!

Pessimo video totalmente irrealistico!

The textile portion of this product is utterly terribly designed. Step 1 shown in this heavily edited, faked video is extremely difficult. Not only does the product not match the diagrams in the manual, but the tolerances are way too low on the textiles and it is impossible to close the zippers entirely. Also to the overpaid and underperforming social media manager, don't bother putting your copy paste BS reply under this comment. Unless you don't actually read these.
