Hello, I have submitted the online form of APS with scores of only reading and listening of B2 exam. As those scores were only known to me on that day. But after 2-3 days, the result of B2 writing exam came out and %ge changed. B2 speaking exam is yet to happen. %ge should again change with that result. Recently I applied for my APS certificate on 27th april 2024. There i have submitted my provisional certificate which i got on 23 rd june 2023. I thought a provisional certificate is enough. Later I have seen that it must not be older than one year from the date of issue on the APS website. It had a two months gap. Is there any problem or it leads to rejection . I am very worried about this. On 30 april 2024 today I got my original bachelor's degree. so, I made my professor send support to my APS certification process via mail . He sent my original degree and all remaining documents once with my token number and submission ID. so, did they accept this situation or not. kindly clarify this query

First of all, IELTS is not mandatory for APS and it makes no change in the duration to receive APS certificate. It is only necessary when it comes to university admissions and the visa process. If you have a valid IELTS score, yes, you can add it while applying for APS.

@@akshatoberoi9604 Hi, yes I applied for APS without IELTS scorecard. I submitted my online application on 28 September and received the APS today (on 30 November). In between, they called me once and asked me to call my professor and tell him to reply with verification details.

In the APS form, I have a cgpa of 8.13, but in APS it is not taking the values after decimal. Is it correct to write 8 instead of 8.13?

IELTS scorecard is an optional document. If you do not have IELTS score card now, you can apply without it.

As per APS checklist, you should send marksheets and not the transcripts.

If ur planning for a master's, all that matters is your bachelor's docs..note that your marklist of ur bachelor's is a must, and prepare that before applying you can leave your number below for doubts and I'll be in touch with you as I have applied for APS recently.

@@ARVINDNIKESH You can use your full name as per the passport as passport will be the main document for your VISA process and is also generally used as an ID proof for exams such as IELTS...just difference in name due to the expansion of initials when compared to other documents such as marksheet or aadhar will not cause any trouble... However, please ensure that the spelling of the rest of your name is same across the documents... If not you can get a 'one and the same person' notary and send it along with your documents to state that even though there is an error in name spelling the person stated in both documents is one and the same person... Hope you have a clarity now ✌️

If i understand it correctly, you either entered your passport number or aadhar number incorrectly(these 2 infos you can't edit later in the online form), so now when you courier the photocopies of your documents to them, attach an extra sheet of paper and mention the error in the form and also provide the correct information along with proof of the accuracy of information. Hopefully they can pay heed to it and make the required changes. If anyone else knows a better solution then please share it.

Don't stress too much about it. They just need the OTP or something so you'll need to be able to have your father close-by . Or go update. It won't take too long
