according to me it should be 4 years the official duration of the degree. However, I would suggest to contact the APS team to confirm.

You received confirmation mail for the payment. Does it have some ordernumber ? If it has this info then send the confirmation mail as the proof of payment.

Most of the universities will ask for provisional certificate when you are applying. I would suggest you to wait a bit apply with provisional certificate and apply for next summer semster

a 3-year diploma after completion of 10th grade will not be considered for further education in Germany as 12 years of schooling is mandatory for admission to undergraduate studies. - a 3-year diploma after 10th grade is accepted along with a 3- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in a related subject for post graduation

Bro I had two doubts. One is the consent form is application form? If not then what is the application form which I need to print. And second one is my professor doesn't have any college related mail ID but they told me that they principal official mail ID. So, can I put that as my student login portal is not active. Your first question is not clear, kindly rephrase. For second, it is fine if you provide principal official mail id. Do inform your principal about it, as he/she will confirm/ approve it.

APS ne clearly likha hai ki koi bhi original doc nahin bheje, only coloured copies, with both sides of the documents. Please go through the FAQs at APS Web.

As per APS checklist you need provisional certificate. However, i have heard people are getting APS certificate even with just marksheet till 6th semester. However, if you are applying now provided addition document stating you are enrolled in the university and in are in the 8th semester. (Bonafide certificate from college)

If the documents are in English, need NOT to notarize. If English + Any regional language still NOT required but only when the document is NOT in English. kindly go through FAQs at APS website.

Yes I had received a separate mail from ccavenue stating its reference number but while doing payment through debit card there was no reference number attached but my payment is successfully done,it is showing Embassy of federal republic and the transaction is visible in my bank statement.so what shall I send as a receipt pls reply.
