As per my opnion APS staff don't think about students, if they have low number of employees then recruit new members, if student pay 18000 to you then do some work like 18000 even here not showing status about payment, 18000 is not a small amout, for student like me it is fathers whole month's income, if we pay lightbill online electricity board confirm our payment within 1 hour, but here they say don't mail us, why we stop mailling them???? if they make some system like student can see his entire process, most of applicant can sleep peacefully, after it they take some time no one mailed them, most of students are worried about payment only.

same i got confirmation of payment on 25th of april, still havent recieved any mail, and whenever once in a month i write to them, what i get is an automated response. "Hello ! Thank you for reaching out to us. APS India regrets to inform that due to the large number of applications no status queries can be entertained at this time. We will reach out you once the processing of your application has commenced. Please refrain from sending repetitive status queries.", i have already lost my oppurtunity for going in Studienkolleg last sem.

They say 1k application per week. Then why is it taking 5-6 months? 😭

No problem if your initials are correct, then don't need to resend it One or two documents don't make a much difference Because they concentrate on your degree certificates and grade cards Because when they issue your APS certificate they just mention your highest degree marks.

Bro I've applied in January 27, i have got confirmation in money transaction and my account also got activated. It has been more than 8 months, i haven't received any call till now. I have did all the things like senting mail from german university, my college, also reposted all my documents again with admission letter from college and request letter. Now my admission is at stake, that if i dont receive until 31 rst october i can't enroll in university.Even if i receive now it would take more than 2 months for visa processing and all. I don't know what to do now, i have thought about visiting aps office which is a long way from my home, I don't know if it would help but it's my last hope...... The amount of money we pay for this shit is way tooo much.... I hope this scam would end in future and no more students go through this trauma that I'm facing now....

Define better. Saarland is somewhat poor and housing is cheaper. Regensburg is more prosperous and it'll be more difficult to find accommodation. Part-time jobs will probably be easier (although not necessarily easy) to find in Regensburg.

I applied for aps certificate on 16 october, but in final view i saw some mistakes which not done by me, after 2 days some mistakes solved but my full name disapperear, so i mailed them many times, also i wrote a letter but no one responding, that mistake solved in december, so i sent my colore copies of my document with fees payment on 15 december my first sem exam was on last week of january (offline),but due to no visa i am not attend that exam, for sem 2 i need health insurance confirmation but i have not german bank account so i did not active my insurance, so my university exmatriculated me, i visited aps office also but not receive proper answer, received payment confirmation on around 1 april, i got my aps certificate on 15 may, but i lost my admission in german university as well as i live depressed for some months, and i think you all know how hard to get admission in bachelor in germany in computer department in entire english course, for new process i reapply for vpd, vpd takes 6 week and in that 6 weeks i reached half of university apply deadlines, i applied for 3 courses, let see what happens.

It's to easy to explain the aps office situation but what about students who are suffering because of aps and university non coordination problems. I applied on 14 Nov 2022 . Payment confirmation 22nd March 2023. Call for details of University and college on 10th May 2023. Then 27th June they email that university is not responding. I paid extra amount to university for the attestation of my documents and send email to aps and my university had sent email on 20th July 2023 mentioning my token number . And courier the documents which night have reached by 22nd or 23rd 2023 . But unfortunately I have not received any information for certificates. I have deffered 2 intakes already. Where we should go and whom to complain.

@@avtardhillon134 that shouldn't have had happen, I don't know if this would help But u can try 1.Now resend the documents with an A4 sheet mentioning your problems and also mention all the dates when was the document sent for the first time, passport number,taken ID, payment date, University start date,payment transaction I'd,when was the mail sent to APS India from your college or professor end,etc Send your acceptance letter too And also write what you have written in A4 sheet in a summary type on the courier cover,like when they open the it they need check what have you written This way would help 2. Another best option is Asking your German university to mail APS India about your Information and they should ask APS India to fasten the process. Try any 1 I am not 100% sure it would work for you but For me it had worked U should have an acceptance letter before doing all this ,without that please don't even try ,u will waste your money

I don't believe anything they said was heplful. If we mail them several times, how can you say that this is incorrect? We have all long already submitted APS applications. Some people receive APS within 1-2 months, while other do not until 6-7 months later. How can you then clam they were not rude? Don't you think that this is just wasting our valuable time? The majority of us really skipped their semesters dur to this so is this acceptable? Due to our inability to contact them, we have been unable to obtain any information regarding the process of our APS application, payment confirmations, or other matters. Because it concerns their future, all of this only makes them anxious and depressed. We all have other things to accomplish, such as get a loan for a blocked account, find housing, and apply for a VISA, all of which take time. And I don't believe that blocking us is the answer. This is totally unacceptable because it is a waste of everyone's precious time. Perhaps improving your system and management would be more beneficial. I hope you understand.
