Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
DFL-1 is a high pressure lubricant made by Tech Line Coatings, Inc. and is recommend for use on any part subject to sliding or rotational friction. Gears, machinery slides, camshaft assemblies, piston skirts and bearings all benefit from an application of DFL-1. This video was made to help in the preparation and application of this coating.

Autoshop462@gmail.com i want this product how do I get it sell it to me no way to get a hold of you
How about reapplication? Do you offer removal/cleaning procedures for pistons that had DFL before? Is it hard or expensive to remove?
ok thanks
If I ever order these dfl-1, would it comes with instructions of EVERY steps? Includes grits of sand paper, degree of baking and cures, type of paint guns, and stuffs like that?
Hi can I coat parts with DFL1 that tuch themselves? I.e. the camshaft and hydraulic lifters? Or coat only one part in this case?
Where can I buy this stuff? Thanks.
Hello I would like to know the name of the product which you cross(spend) on the piston and the camshaft before crossing(spending) the DFL-1 on this video
@TechLineCoatingsRD, looks awesome. Got a quick question however, I know that your using this finish on moving parts that are obviously subjected to high heat/friction in the demonstration and I was wondering if this coating would be resistant on a bolt on my AR-15. I was looking to recoat mine for a satin finish and wasn't certain if a product like this would resist the wear from the cycling of the bolt. Thanks.

What media do I use to blast the coating off, I don't like to glass bead or abrasive media that will embed itself into the metal....

in order to get the old coating off and have the surface prepaired for the new coating, you must use 100-120 grit aluminum oxide.
Where to buy??
Is it applicable to two-stroke pistons?Because I haven't seen such pistons with anycoating at all..

I also noticed that. Hahaha looked like the part was dipped in used oil
This is very cool. HOWEVER!.... Im pretty sure this is NOT the proper way to get a coating on parts. Performance-part-manufacturers use the 'electro-plating' process to coat their parts. This (electro-plating) process results in more uniform (precise) thickness of the coating. Correct me if im wrong.

You are wrong. This product is for home use and small shop use where they don’t have fancy equipment.
Cerakote with a different label
So. Basically Cerakote
