    Hello Elliot. Thank you for this video. With this answer, you gave us four wonderful advices which sound very clear. I have had many interviews in my professional life and I often asked this question. A important part of the interview turns around this answer or these answers to know whom we are in front of. My interviews were in French but it is exactly the same. In few minutes, we have to understand who is hidden behind the person who sits in front of us. And your advices could very useful for people looking for work. Thanks for that and thanks for all your advices about English prononciation👋👋👋

    Elliott this is brilliant. There are few more stressful situations than a job interview. To walk in knowing you have a few easy tools at your disposal to negotiate even the trickiest, open ended personal questions is invaluable. The ease and confidence that comes from being prepared may win you the job more than any specific answers you give to these questions. Second, you do look great. A grooming expert or a stylist could do a text book on how over time finding the right haircuts, glass frames, skin care, lighting, camera angles and wardrobe has transformed your video personality. You’re the same wise and charming guy that you’ve always been, but now a handsome, relaxed image allows that personality to shine.

    A super useful lesson, indeed! Planning ahead what to say during an interview can help a lot in managing stress and taking partially control of unpredictable variables but, as you appropriately pointed out, spontaneity is of great importance when it comes to show the real yourself, it gives that something extra that adds quality to your performance. Honesty and competence are the best combination ever. Stay safe "🇮🇹☺️🇬🇧

    Edit out and change the misused flower term Lily and the flower dpi and the special name Beth and the numbers and the big terms importance and quality and great and best and super that only reflect me the important being and the only Lily / Beth and the only being reflecting flowers / compIiments / other big terms / other purity terms / special names etc, and all unsuitable names must be changed - all wom’n are the exact opposite of lily / other flower related names or special names etc, and it’s beyond disrespectful to flowers / plants / nature etc when wom’n misuse such Holy terms in the name or yt name!

  • @FrozenMermaid666

    @FrozenMermaid666

    Also, I am the only Leader etc, and the big term leadership and other big terms like better / best and ‘seII’ oneself and manager and great etc were also misused (in the video) and, all hum’ns are the exact opposite of big terms like leader (so there is no such thing as ‘leadership skills’ etc) and other big terms and compIiments etc - in fact, one (me & my pure protectors aka the alphas) is born The Leader, while skills are things one gets through training, so they are opposite words that do not belong in the same sentence, and the word man only reflects my pure protectors aka the alphas (the words boy / swain / lad / guy etc also only reflect my protectors) and, the phrase ‘seII’ oneself cannot be misused by hum’ns, because it implies value / something precious that can be soId / paid for etc, so such phrases only reflect me & my protectors, and a new word must be invented to refer to m’nagers that does not contain words like man or other unsuitable terms or unsuitable letter combinations!
