In this video I show how to correctly adjust a six point racing harness with arm restraints. It's really important to adjust your harness correctly to keep you as safe as possible in the event of an accident. Also, having you belts correctly adjust will make you faster on track! When you are correctly seated you will feel exactly what the car is doing underneath you and naturally you will drive accordingly.
