Cool. I'm keen to see how you put together your big costumes. I haven't build a large one yet and being an idiot I chose 2. Iron man mk1 and Megatron. Derp

Im having trouble making a circular groove...it ends up being a circle with alot of angles..how can i cut 45 cut in a circle to make groove?

Theres really no easy way to do that. You can either cut a circle while holding your blade at a 45, or cut a circle and then cut a 45, or dremel a 45 into it.
