How to add Co-hosts and alternative hosts in Zoom meetings

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In the video you can learn how to add Co-hosts and alternative hosts in Zoom meetings before and during the Zoom meetings.
The person/user who invites the other one (to be a co-host), needs to have a pro/premium (or Business, Education, or API Partner plan) Zoom account.
The person/user who is invited, does not need to have a pro/premium Zoom account, but he/she needs to have a Zoom account.
Co-Hosts share most of the controls that hosts have in a meeting and can be assigned while the meeting is running
Examples of Co-Host abilities are:
* Managing attendees
* Admitting users from the waiting room
* Starting a recording
If you want to set a Co-Host before a meeting starts or let someone else start your meeting for you, you will need to set them as an Alternative Host.

    The only thing which I can think of is that your colleague has a lower version of the Zoom desktop client for Windows or macOS and/or a lower for version of the Zoom mobile app. I.E.: A lower version than the minimal version which is required for using this feature, So please ask him to upgrade both his Zoom desktop client and his Zoom mobile app and then, both you log-out and re-login to Zoom and then try again.

    When I add my colleague as a host I get a pop up that indicates "One or more people you want to add as alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. It could be one of the following: 1. You are not logged-in for some reason (maybe your session has expired). 2. Zoom bug. 3. A temporary network error. 4. The alternative host's email address is incorrectly spelled, although it seems to you that it is correct. Maybe you have a typo in the email address.
