Hi have you encountered Error 0x000004f1 when trying to connect in a Local Shared printer from a computer in the same domain?
Is it recommended to make a IP reservation (printer) in the router settings? If you Connect your printer to your laptop via IP adres?
How we know about the printer history who all are printed documents and what's the documents inside, how we know or possible to know?

Google search your printer model and default ip address. Usually gets me through most situations with printers and scanners.

go to your printer , printer settings, and it should have a menu item to print out a page with all the information (ip address, ip gateway, etc..)

Use advanced ip scanner it shows the ip of your network printer.
