How to actually stick to a schedule (even if you lack discipline)
Everyone breaks their schedule sometimes; it can be kind of hard to stick to it, especially if you're like me, easily distracted by everything. These three methods really helped me improve and stick to my schedule. Of course, there are days when even though I've done all three, I can't stick to it 100% due to various reasons such as additional events, college commitments, or simple procrastination.
I want to make it clear that I am not a professional in productivity or something like that. I'm just a medical student who loves filmmaking and wants to inspire people by sharing what has worked for me and all the lessons I've learned through my journey.
And one piece of advice if you are just starting: do not compare yourself with people on social media.

Well a great way is to start asking “why” you want to do that. But it has to be a deeper and meaningful why, it has to be strong enough to motivate you start working and do it. I felt the same way for a long time and what I did is a complete week of dopamine detox, that probably will work. And throughout that week try to find your why, once done that, the how you do it and the what you do it will be a lot easier.
