So easy to get caught up in overthinking instead of just ripping off the band aid and actually starting to do something, such an important message.

I agree. Sometimes the most straightforward things are the most important. What I’ve noticed is that people cycle through videos, but never apply the strategies. I hope this video served for people a motivator to start doing
@Flow_cod

@@JesseHerroI will make sure to start applying the strategies rather than just watching and getting motivation from it.
1:18 "What separates those who succeed from those who fail, is those who succeed gave themselves the opportunity to succeed. Whereas if you take no action, then you're always going to fail." That hit me kinda deep tbh, because every time I procrastinate to avoid feeling like shit, I think in my mind that I've won the battle, when in reality I'm just losing. Thanks for this video, I needed it

One you could have added. There are always a series of setbacks because these setbacks will make you skyrocket to success. Failing is part of the human nature so don't loose hope amd don't be scared to fail. Have some patience and keep working. The difference between successful people and non successful omes is that the everyone likes to succeed but most of them refuse the process because the process hurts but the successful people embrace it because it will pay off and I know it sucks but you habe the keys to do it amd we should get over our feelings. Great video btw!

I can push myself to start once, but it's hard to do it everyday. The people we look at as disciplined, who maybe gym 6x a week, they don't necessarily wake up pushing and grinding and brute forcing themselves to the gym, rather it could be quite easy for them. They maybe enjoy it. It may even be harder to convince them NOT to go to the gym. Any thoughts
@JesseHerro

Discipline I find is doing what you hate but doing it like you love it. I think that the idea of discipline is to push through the days you don’t feel like it instead of relying on when the moment feels right, because it may never feel right in the moment, but afterwards you will most likely feel relief for knowing you pushed through that pain. Check out my video on how to work without motivation and it might help answer some questions you have!

Im bouth. 1.Im watching self improvement videos but 2.Im doing workout phisicly and mentally. Is it good? 👍
@JesseHerro

Watching self improvement videos is good but only to a certain point. If you cycle through KZread videos and don’t apply any of the strategies learned, then it is essentially useless. The goal of my videos is to get you off KZread and applying the strategies, and eventually get to a state where you don’t have to watch my videos anymore, not cycling through video after video and staying in the same spot. I don’t like how some self improvement channels encourage people to consume more and more content without providing valuable information to apply it, because it shows their true intention is just to generate profit and not actually help people. I want to change that with my content. Let me know if you’re still confused :)

Overthinking on how to start or the best way to start is part of the battle - it doesn’t matter where or how, just start taking action in any domain. You will find your way but only through taking that step! :)
