Lots of great oversights into the nature of fruition and ideology. I wouldn’t recommend this if you are not ready to go deep into self expression and logical fantasy based conclusions on everything that doesn’t please you?

I have completed the LifeBook basic and Mastery course and through Jan-Jun 2019, I decided that Health and Fittness was my number one goal. In six months I have dropped nearly 20 pounds, have done Pilates 2xweek, go for walks at least 5 times a week, and have green juice each morning! I am strong and feel FIT!!! I will continue on this path as now I meditate daily too. I am so grateful to have found Missy and Jon for their generous open hearts in sharing this method of LIVING life to it's fullest!

Great examples, great advice. I just wish they would’ve had Jon speak alone, and Missy speak alone, and then come together in the end. Missy kept trying to add to the conversation, but it felt like she was “butting” in. Not her fault, but it was annoying. I’d rather have the spotlight on each individual so I can take in their thoughts and ideas without a feeling of them competing for “air time”. Just a suggestion, but I think this would work much more effectively. Thanks Mindvalley, love to you all ✨❤️💫

So, conclusion is: live YOUR life; according to your needs, your vision of happiness and piece. Take care of your body, because that's the vehicle that carries you trough that journey. Take care of your mind, and don't garbage it by unnecessary & bad emotions. That's a whole mystery. P.S. Regarding the look of this couple: it doesn't impress me. When you move regularly & eat well, you can look great even in you 70's. Nowadays 50's in not big age. Every person who does dynamic yoga looks this way. I recommend that.

Dear Sir, I watched the whole introductory class of your session in the Mind valley The thoughts and the suggestions are exceptionally great, But at the end you asked 500 dollars i.e approx 35000 Rs that's too much too afford, if even the amount would be refunded on completion of the course, but the amount s not affordable to the common Man. I wholeheartedly appreciate your thoughts of reaching a Million but this is affordable only to the persons who are bit wealthy/affordable or the people in distress/Confused but not for the people who are in actual requirement /non affordable.... may be you can reduce the amount from hundreds of Dollars to Few Hundreds of Rupees.... Hope your Mission reach a Billion..... Regards Thulasidhar Selva......

raja selva I agree, i love the Idea and the Lifebook self improvement program . I got one hundred % obsessed with it that I watched this video and the masterclass twice. Also I tried to find every kind of beneficial information about Lifebook. I really want to improve my life because my life isn’t fulfilled. Guys I really want to live a life that deeply comes from the heart and not others. I believe that this is the only way to live a life of meaning and happiness. However I really need your help John and Missy, because I now I can’t find it myself and without the help of you professionals. And I cannot pay the 500$ to begin with even if I get it back. I’m actually 15 years old with no job. And my parents won’t be happy spending that amount. But you said that the 500$ payment where something that will make you accountable. I can share my goals to my brother every week, and in the end of the week I will share the results. This has an accountability effect. If it’s other methods I will happily do it for the love of a life of love. I hope you read this and accept this, because a meaningful and a life I love, is everything to me. Greetings Sadik, Norway 🇳🇴 15

@@Mango-fn9ky hey bro I understand right, But start figuring out how you can afford it bro. Maybe it will take some time to get the 500$ but you'll get it right. Because we normally do this just because something is expensive we tell ourselves we can't achieve it. Maybe you have to cut down on a fancy meal, maybe you can do logo's on fiver, Be PA online something to get those bucks. I'm not saying this to buy this course but in life generally. I have a MacBook pro which fucking expensive but I found a way to get it. Believe me my net worth is literally my MacBook not like I have money. Hopefully, you understand what I'm tryna say because I've been there.

Amazing to hear he had agoraphobia and so many other struggles and made it to where he is now. I assumed they had it easy and always had the perfect life. I feel bad that happened but it helps me relate much more. Its also amazing to see how Tony Robbins once again fits into this story. When i was young i spent like $200 to get Tony Robbins cd program. I wonder how my life would be if i actually finished the program. Well, here i am once again ready to change! Just starting the Code book and its exactly what i was looking for at this time. Mind Valley is beyond anything i thought it was. Planning my life is so foreign to me but it makes sense obviously. No coincidence my life is a mess and i never planned ahead. I also am fearful of a lot but its all in my head. Mind Valley is the greatest concept i've ever seen. Cannot thank you all enough and i haven't even started yet lol.

I just started watching this. I am only 9:33 in. I saw a quick clip with John talking about lifebook being people truly designing their own way from their own intuition. Ive been a coach for 20 years and I have watched personal developement people for 40 years. I can tell you that it is rare for teachers to sincerely be clean about people truly designing for themselves and they are facilitating that without pushing their own values on people. It is a fine line to walk. It looks to me so far that she is present and powerful in the conversation. Still watching. That always makes a big difference to me when I watch couples, do they really walk their talk. Oh, just now , he said , why don't you talk, Ive been talking. That is nice giving. She is on it with her knowledge. What is huge is that while either is talking the other is presently listening and supporting with affirmation. It is like how an audience can add energy by quick call outs. It gives power to the speaker. It is also like doing improvisation where the first rule is always say yes. They do this beautifully No one is perfect but I do love how they question society because for years I have noticed that even couples who were supposed to be role models often the woman and man occupied patriarchal energetic relational spaces without even realizing they were doing it. For instance the man is in the forefront and the woman in the supporting role. I know, it just happens where the woman sinks in the background and people will say thats just natural because women are supportive and man are projective naturally. But same power is giving. It may actually be that it looks like when they come with equal energy people may percieve it as a competition. And people are just different, some just project their energy more. Yes, I get that and its fine but when you see woman speakers by themselves they are obviously very powerful so there does not have to be any more or less whether a woman or man in relationship. Anyway, they look great and this looks like they do respect and treat each other well. I guess I always pay attention to everyone in the room being heard and listened to respectfully.... Oh, did he just say " we need to move on when she was speaking? Did I misunderstand that? Let me get back and listen again..... Their power dynamic gives me an indication of whether I would like to spend my personal time giving my attention and learning from them. I like that he pays tribute to people who have neen teaching limiting belief programs. What sounds best to me is them saying they help people create their own answers. Ok, just now, I see I am not alone. The first big audience cheer was when she said they ( she) don't let ( him) each other get away with any shit. Maybe, like me, alot of people are watching for this too? Because that would be an example of letting go of societies programmed in rules. TIA for reading

Ok, yeah, on what I was watching for on a scake os 1 to 10 , she holds her own energy. Chicken or egg, I have been in situations where if one cofacilitator doesn't hold the energy up, the other keeps it going. Also, if someone gets interrupted or their comments are subtly belitted they end up not speaking as well. They migjt do qell to do an improv where they make fun of themselves by having an all out competition over talking each other to see what it looks like when they both project out their full grabbing projecting their own voice. Funny to see the realness when she said " you should speak bevause you are the perfectionist. He gave a heavy sigh when he said how do decide when you don't agree? Funny that they stopped talking about themselves and talked about people in the seminar. Hmmmn? Are they really talking about themselves when they are talking about others. I like how she said we wait until we come up with a solution. But she said but and got interrupted but the next question stuck with it by asking about negotiation. Communication, communication, communication I agree with that. I love how the audience challenged them. I love always a better solution. Stephen Covey does a good teaching on seek first to understand and no compromise. Good stuff in this interview, Thanks!

Ah ha ha! I just noticed the comment above mine where someone said that the guy interrupts her and doesn't give the woman time to talk and someone replied " Oh shut up because he's the leader, the money maker. Society? Culture? Peer pressure? Chicken or egg? Like Marvin Gaye said " Hey whats goin' on?" Observe and trust your intuition.

So Tony Robbins pretty much gave him a new lease on life. Tony Robbins also says to make plans in every area of your life, that's what his program is. These guys are lovely but they use Tony Robbins system almost exactly. I just dont feel that they give him enough credit.

Exactly my first thinking. But honestly: 99% of all coaches nowadays are using Tony Robbins foundations.

This takes the vision board concept to hyperspace! its so strange that i am scared to plan and reflect and look at my life. I should be engaged and excited and all that. I mean i am now but have lived my life like a candle in the wind........just kidding. I lived without any vision or plan, just reaction to daily experiences. Most of us live a reactionary life and not an extraordinary life. We all can do that, the universe does not play favorites.

31:55 Regan Hillyer has the answer for that, in case anyone's wondering. Her Mindvalley Talk has a very powerful mediation/visualization (around the end - from 50:00 or so) that helps get rid of limiting beliefs.

I hope people will start using a PAY WHAT YOU CAN model so everyone can have a chance at these processes. It includes steps of payment from Affordable to the actual, Intended Price. This kind of teaching is the wave of the future, so I hope teachers will include EVERYBODY as their students, not just the "privileged".
