Seeing all these comments saying thanks and you saved my life but for me I don’t know if it’s just me but I’ve had 7 issues with 2 Xbox’s and I watched videos on all of them and not a single thing has worked

Someone get this man a Nobel Peace award😭 I almost put a 9mm round through this thing after mirroring a hotel WiFi and the screen was switching between gray and black anytime I pressed the home button

Just unplugging the power cable and ethernet for over 30 second then trying to push those 2 buttons while staying xbox worked and it went away! Thank you sir really appreciate it!!

Only cable to TV and Xbox and the 2 circle cable

Tried for 30 min. Too realize I hit the TV controller and was on the wrong hdmi :( I feel dumb af

Thanks bro I broke off the power button chip when cleaning my xbox out so I had to use a controller to power on and couldnt do a hard reset at all. So this helped me factory reset.

Thanks man. Different make of xbox one but worked pretty much the same. However I will say on mine I held the buttons down for like 40 seconds waiting for a beep but then I was like whatever and continued to hold and hit the power button. Continued holding the other 2 buttons. Beeped when it came on the again a couple seconds later then I released the other 2 buttons

Unfortunately I turned my Xbox off last night and turned it on this morning and just stuck on the trouble shooting screen, I reset the consol didn’t work, I reset it to factory didn’t work, I tried to do the offline system update and said it didn’t work idek what to do anymore I can’t even play
