I bascially thought she was "immortal"... She was here during my whole life. Presidents all over the world changed but she always remained the same. She even was a WW2 veteran and know how to repair cars. If the queens car had e.g. engine problems she only had to listen to it and could already determin what the problem was. She was a powerful symbol and showed that even someone as a monarch could stand behind democracy and freedom. If she was able to do it, everyone can do it. May this show us, that a free and peacful world is possible. This death still was a big deal for me, even though I'm a 16 years old kid from Switzerland. She will be remembered as one of the biggest leaders of all time... Forever. But part of the journey is the end. At the same time, her end represents a new beginning. Rest in Peace, Queen. After the long life filled with all these events and moments you have earned it.

Over a year later I still sometimes forget that she died. I was in school when my friend told me she died I thought she was talking about the 1st Queen Elizabeth and that she died in this day but then I checked Google and found the truth. Though I myself wasn’t impacted much I still did understand what the uk was going though and it still made a difference in someway in my life because I’m a huge historian and so this aspect of British history has always been something i take into account.

Rest In Peace Queen Elizabeth the ll, I live in America and I am not from any countries you have been queen in, but you were still a huge figure to stand up to. I know she was queen before my grandma was alive, and I remember coming home after school and seeing her watching or reading something about her (yes my grandma lives in my house) and she was sick but my grandma thought she would be fine and I remember her seeing the news that she died and how sad my grandma was, crying. She treated Britain like her children. Bless you Queen Elizabeth, you have made a huge impact in millions of lives.

To be honest, I always used to laugh at jokes about Queen Elizabeth II, but looking at her recent death now, just changes my way of feeling about her. She made major changes to the country, but now seeing a legend dead feels bad for me. Im from PH 🇵🇭

Fun fact: about me, I would've graduated from high school in 3 years, she would have been 100 years old right as I graduate from High school in 2026. Long live the Queen!

@@neeharika yeah I know the history . Mt family was too rich in the British rule as the British helped us to trade freely . My great grand father was a zamindar and businessman. We were prosperous at that time and till now . AND I FREELY SAY I SUPPORT BRITISH RULE AND ENGLAND .
