    Corona virus is a bio weapon released by the CCP from their Wuhan lab. (not a man made virus or genetically engineered). China had already discovered a vaccine for it. That's how they got it under perfect control, their aim is to cripple western economies which they have successfully done. The WHO are corrupted by Chinese officials and funding. Their "investigation" relies entirely on info and samples provided by CCP, who agrees?

    I remember sitting in my dad's van as a kid (1970-ish) when he was trying to melt the hard frozen snow on the windscreen with the screen demister. We sat there for about ten minutes, then there was a huge BANG as the windscreen shattered... and all the snow fell in about 10 seconds later. The van was so old it had a toughened windscreen. I learnt new words that day! 😱😁

    Keep strong. Dont forget that despite the struggles in this world, God is full of justice, mercy and love. Justice said we broke His perfect law - causing the world's previous perfection to be destroyed - and therefore we deserve Hell (like a punishment in any legal system but this is eternal as His perfect law is eternal too). Don't think you fit in that category? Ever done one of these?: lying, stealing - regardless of how small the object EVER, hating others - which is murder in God's perfect law, lusting (plus God sees our entire thought life). Justice says "the soul that sins shall die" - if we break one in thought/word/deed it's as if we're guilty of all of them. Quite simply, living by the law (which is doing everything perfectly) is impossible for sinful humans . The law shows us that 1. We will die in Hell if we fail to follow it and 2. We cannot save ourselves BUT, 3. God's perfect, immovable law points us to Christ, who followed and fulfilled the law in thought, word and deed perfectly in our place. He did what we couldn't and did it on our behalf. He was then sentenced to death on a cross, and took our personal punishment for our sin, paying our penalty (like paying our fine) completely FOR us, and has given us freedom. If we turn from the sins we have committed and repent (pursue the opposite direction of love through Christ) He will, overtime, recreate us back into that previously perfect image through The Holy Spirit which Jesus sends to all who accept Him as their personal Lord and Savior of their life. He will help us through the struggle, the stress, and anything we experience in the world. It's about letting Christ in to guide and teach you and obeying Him through His power (not ourselves, we need Him to help us as it's impossible without depending on His power and instruction). He is our substitute in His life, death and resurrection. He essentially rewrote history in our place so that, if you believe in Him, it will be as if you had never sinned if you accept Christ's death as our own in our place. He is in Heaven right now preparing a place for us so that He can take His faithful, believing children home with Him when He returns. He will ressurrect us from death when He returns, giving mercy to those who accept His love, instruction and teachings in their life, and give justice to those who refuse it. He doesn't want ANY of us to go to Hell and die for continuing in evil and rejecting His way to life, thats why He died FOR us. Hes giving EVERYONE a chance, He wants everyone to take the free gift of salvation from Hell. He wants us to be His and begin to follow His life of love and service through His power and abiding (staying) with Him. So long as we keep our hearts near to Christ through His strength, strive to follow His will of perfect love revealed in the Bible, and let Him lead in the midst of (very certain) pitfalls and struggles, we will, in time, win the ultimate victory over sin, pain and DEATH through Christ. Even if you are willing to be made willing, pray for Jesus to come in and He will do what we can't. Give us The Holy Spirit who will guide us in the right way. NOTE: You are NEVER too sinful or messed up that God cannot turn your life around through Jesus. EVER. Regardless of what you've done or what you're going through you CAN make it through Jesus. If you have any questions let me know Xx

    It's so true. I was so shocked when visiting for Christmas to experience how little snow it took. My flight had landed relatively early in the day, and it had just begun to snow, and by evening there was a few cm's of snow on the ground with more still falling. All very lovely and picturesque. But the news was full of airport closures and traffic chaos due to snow. I was so surprised.

  • @clairenoon4070

    @clairenoon4070

    Well, yes, but the point is that other than Scotland, the UK doesn't generally get the amount or longevity of snow that would make the kinds of infrastructure/interventions/preparedness you find in countries that do get it remotely worth it on a cost-benefit analysis. On average we only get the sort of snow that causes any significant disruption about once every 4 years, and it rarely sits around for more than 1 or 2 weeks. This winter so far in NW England for example we've had some snow a couple of weeks ago, but it was all gone within 2 days because the temperature rose again.

Optional depending on how safe your location is: go back inside and finish preparing for the day (brush teeth, toilet, breakfast, coffee, etc.) 4. Take a scraper, or a plastic card if you don’t have scraper, and just easily scrape off the window frost. 5. Drive safe. Norwegian style.

    I live in Canada and years ago I made the mistake of getting my car washed on Christmas Eve before driving, what should have been, 8 hours home to my sister's. However, it ended up being a lot longer because the gas stations closed early because it was Christmas Eve and in Northern Ontario the gas stations can be pretty far between so I had to ask the police for assistance. There was also a guy traveling who needed to fill his car up too. So the cop called the owner of the gas station and we had to wait for him to finish at church. He finally came, filled my car and I was back on the road. Then I hit a snow storm. It was so bad I couldn't tell where the highway was. I just looked for the snowbank on the side, hoped I didn't go too far over, hoped I wasn't in the oncoming lane, and hoped a transport didn't come along in the other direction. It was slow going. Got to my sister's house at 1am. Went to get the kids' gifts out of the trunk and the lock was frozen over because I was an idiot and had my car washed before leaving on this drive. I was outside after 1am with an extension cord and a hair dryer to melt the ice off the lock so I could get the gifts out of the trunk. Lesson learned lol

    We usually get rain, then ice, then snow. Fun times! If only the right back door would open! No, no, no. Only the trunk will open on the sedan. So at 6:45 am, still mostly dark, you have to figure out how to fold the back seats forward without having access to " the button", and at 50+ years of age, you manage to crawl into the trunk of your sub compact, thru the tiny hole made by the lowered seat back, between the front seats and over the gear shift to finally start the car - all while wondering what resulting body pain will rear its ugly head for having had to move in ways it hasn't had to move for decades!

    I too have travelled on an imaginary bus when it has been cancelled due to snow. We travelled the bus route and people got off at designated bus stops. Not only did we walk we also walked in true formation of a bus. We walked in two sets of pairs with an aisle down the middle. When it came to directions everybody signalled with their hand so that if there had been a vehicle behind us they would know that we were turning. There was never actually a vehicle behind us and we still follow procedure just in case.

    I remember when me and my friends were in England on apprenticeship. We were suposed to go to London at some point, so our tutor gave everyone date time and place where we were supposed to meet alright?, the day we had our train it started snowing, but whatever it isnt really that big of a deal just 1cm of snow, me and my friend leave our house and go to bus stop, the problem was not a single bus was going to drive that day, ok whatever Train station was only 4km away, we get on our way. The streets were like a ghost town's EMPTY no cars no people just us, for 3km we saw MAYBE 5 people, all in cars looking at us like we are someone crazy. At 1km away from station our tutor calls us and tells us that trip is cancelled coz there is too much snow for trains. We were kinda suprised but ok, on our way back home we saw no one except one guy on bike, at this point we just called Dzień dobry ,,good day in Polish'' and guess what, he was from poland too. Kinda funny how whole city was paralized by little bit of snow :D

    I got snowed in at home once, about 15 years ago. I was living in a small town in the Mojave Desert, about 60 km from Las Vegas, Nevada. That is 40 km from Death Valley, California, one of the hottest, driest places on Earth. The schools in Las Vegas have snow days, about every ten years. Any visible snow on the road will do it. Just trying to get a feel as to what kind of weather they have over there.

    I am Canadian and lived in the UK for a few years. I was always amused at how much of a sensation snow caused. It makes total sense though, the resources and infrastructure for clearing snow is expensive and when it doesn't snow that often, the money is better spent on other needs. British people would often ask me about how we 'handle' similar situations in Canada, (as a Canadian, I was deemed to be an expert on this subject). I always enjoyed the reaction of people when I would tell stories about the buses being replaced by dog sled trams.

The other one said " "Hundreds of times if you forgot to take your de icing spray into the pub" we don't know ice and snow here
