He is greater than that. The Overvoid is considered megaversal, which Lucifer has shown to be beyond that. Lucifer is able to even tear the pages of the Book of Destiny which control beings like Darkseid, Black Racer. Not to mention these new gods of DC were defeated by Shazam God of Gods Form, which include gods from Source such as Yuga Khan. Source and Primordial Darkness formed everything as they came to an agreement yet Lucifer didn’t fear them as he is an aspect or hand of primordial darkness like the Empty Hand. He can manipulate anything that is creation, which is existence himself that Michael lacks as he can only create. I also don’t think any of those gods can survive a blast of creation which Lucifer did when he made one of his multiverses with from his dying brother.
