Fermented food and drinks like Sourdough, tempeh , Cambunja etc etc can help heart blockages
Yins sourdough is really good bread and I hvnt been able to find sourdough comparable to its quality especially their foccacia. Very unfortunately, theyve closed down their Ipoh outlet.
