The reason i always anticipate this podcast over others is due to the fact that other podcast that i heard, like to compare with old government. I find it odd because even if there some similarities, the situation always different. So why people love to simply compare against old gov? "Ini kalau government kita dulu da kena da ni" i mean, there a reason why they kena and why now people can tahan. That remarks makes the other podcast doesn't seem professional. What i like on this podcast is that both Peter n Kian Ming are looking how to improve onward. This is how we suppose to think, not comparing back to the old days when everyone know corruption is a big problem. Regarding the whatapp group, why dont Are We Okay have a whatapp group that can invite people inside and give their taught and discuss.

I think many Chinese in Msia had migrated to elsewhere to see the population reduced so much. With reduced Chinese ratio, the rights to retain vernacular Chinese schools should be reduced. The brain drain will only worsen. Spore already welcome these Msian Chinese and offer equal opportunities, why struggle to change Msia, which resist meritocracy. Spore decided to subsidize pre-school because they realized children from lower income group, had weak foundations when enrolling for primary schools. Spore education offer the best opportunities for their children. Think for your future generations. We migrated from China to SE Asia for our future generations.

I have this to say to the leader who does not know how to step down graciously: please ask your "Old Bean " for advice. I have always wondered if TSLKS ( Uncle Lim) was our PM, then Malaysia could have been more advanced, and more prosperous than Singapore and most importantly, Malaysia could really be transformed into Malaysia for All Malaysians. But that train has left. The least we can do now is to collect and study all the thoughts and visions of Uncle Lim for the benefit of our present generation and beyond.

Loyal listener here, but can I please request for OKM to go closer to the mic? He seems to be mumbling at the end of the sentences at times, especially when he's a softer speaker compared to Peter. So the volume and clarity varies, not a pleasant listening experience especially when on Spotify. Just my experience. Hopefully it gets better. 👍🏻

The biggest problem is Chinese parent prefer boys against girls. This will cause a massive problem. It is not gender equality that we are emphasize but a more balance society.

Level Playing Field: In order to move forward and see improvement for all/most; we need allow ALL citizens to participate - when we start segregating people by race, location etc, it only reduces the pool of people who can take us to the next level or at least lessens the probability of finding Unicorns. In other words, segregation only reduces the opportunity this country has.

1. EV - If EV motorcyclists continue to ride their bikes the way they do their IC bikes, promoting a shift to EV via EV bikes is going to lead to an increase in traffic fatalities / injuries since far more people can afford them compared to RM100K+ EV MVs and motorcyclists statistically make up the majority of traffic fatalities / injuries in Malaysia. Shouldn't the pivot to EV be focused on the lower priced MVs i.e. the Perodua class of vehicles which are arguably a safer from of transport than motorcycles? 2. Is it not odd to name Singapore as the country with the lowest birth rate when asked but you also trot out Singapore as having very good policies to support families having children? While better than not having any policies, the type of policies Singapore have adopted has clearly not addressed the fundamental issues of low birth rates.

Although this vision of his has often been challenged and thwarted by many politicians who don’t share his vision, we know he has done his best thus far. We salute him for his undauntedness . In disclosing what has been enshrined in the constitution, as recently as December 2023 about having a non Malay PM, he was reported and had to undergo police interrogations!! As long as the majority do not subscribe to TSLKS’s advocate of ‘ Malaysians’ Malaysia’, we know it is a futile attempt. However, his courage is again evident. Perhaps his only regret thus far was being conned by a former PM( 22y-22m) that the latter was ready for reforms in PRU14? Rest assured he was not alone! The one consolation is his party today is again a component of the government! Happy birthday to TSLKS . We hope we can continue to hear from him.

The fact that LKS mooted for old snake to be PM and to have a memorandum with the Moo are not forward thinking but wrong judgements. We see so many Dap MPs believing in the wrong politicians who have no problem revealing their true colours after they didn't get their way. Eg. the ex youngest minister whose party is funded by you know who...

Tan Siri has a lot of his political influence from Singapore PAP. Kudos, imagine not splitting from SG, MY will be so much difference now.

to be more inclusive when Chinese % is lesser by accepting other races... so when one day malay reached 90+% and lain-lain less than 10%, do you mean DAP Would hv pivoted to the malay voters? how then do you preach your self as champion of secular voice then? pls do not misguide the secular community and brush aside the low birth rate.. it is a serious issue not for chinese but for the secular ppl. coz chinese and to some lesser extent indian are more secular while the malays lets face it.. born as a muslim. its not even malay's choice. so when 90% malay means a 90% islamic. by then Democratic Action PArty still relevant? i suggest IAP better name.
