I train with and train women, if they want to learn, I am happy to teach. It’s called respect.

Treat them just like you do anyone else. Breathe and work your game. Give them the same energy they give you. Also don’t underestimate them their technique can be a lot cleaner.

I can't make myself follow rules when I start to lose and then I might REALLY hurt a woman. So I dont do this stuff. I was taught really fine 'focus" of my strikes, especially my kicks, in Korea, decades ago, so that's what I do Teaching yourself to NOT do what works the best is a very bad idea when you want to be able to defend yourself. I want that bite, gouge, head-butt, groin strike to be a reflex, not a prohibition.

I’m new to jui jitsu & I honestly didn’t expect it to grapple with women. It was pretty uncomfortable at first because some of the positions can feel sexual but you get used to it

if i know she is lowers than me, i create a space, so she can try to escape or give a chance to get my back or armbar and ect. But if she is competing im try to pressure!! what do you think ??

I always lose when I wrestle a girl. The girl either triangles me or head scissors me into submission.
