While it may not be as accurate as a dyno, it does give pretty good measurements you can use for tuning granted the tires don't spin. Tire spin is where speedometer monitoring would be an issue. So, I also have a 78' bugeye 323 that I've put a S5 RX-7 Bridgeport turbo in and am looking to get a 750 elite and premium harness for it, then swap ecu's over so I have the couple extra functions I want for the BFMR. Is it as simple as as swapping over ecu's or am I missing something? I don't need anything special to run the rotor so I think the 550 should suffice. (safe, fat and retarded in a light car won't matter when it's all about the braps and flames🤣)

Why do some LS and LQ engines seem to un-learn themselves? Is it sensor issues or a rubbish ECU? Don't know where to start. OBD2 not coming up with any bad codes.

Except you need to have a decent 02 sensor delay setting which is often not understood

I was thinking about that. I think one would be wise to modulate RPM/load carefully and purposefully before commiting the correction to base. Quick changes in running conditions might assign STFT data to adjacent cells because of delay?

Plenty of phone apps can tell you a pretty accurate figure. Weight, engine size, rpm data, speed, accelerator sensor data is all it needs basically.
