Russia has also lost 1/3 of their black sea fleet against country with no navy. Russia is very desperate as they are being humiliated by a smaller country. Meanwhile Russian economy is declining rapidly, as inflation is over 10% and federal interest rates are staggering +20%. Miserable effort
