Really love her energy, she’s very inspiring. This is the first time I’ve heard anyone introduce how to start children with this lifestyle… and I’m completely amazed at that. My health journey started when I became pregnant and at that point decided to become vegetarian do to everything I knew to be heating and have a healthy baby. We were vegetarian for the 1st 13 years of his life and I wish we had never gone back. I wish I had know about raw vegan then, but everything ones in its own timing. I am her newest follower now. So glad I came across this interview!!!

Love this information!
Great interview. Thank you!
Vegans & Carnivores both make the same claims. Ultimately your body is unique in it's needs. First step is experiment and getting your blood work done to have a legitimate insight, to whats inside. Also, don't arbitrarily tie yourself to a diet identity. If your body needs a particular nutrient at a specific volume do it. But understand that once the body adjusts and heals that, there may be an issue demanding you alternate your diet approach at a later time. Regardless of what you do.... Reduce Carbs, Sugar, Processed Foods, Alcohol and increase your sunlight & sleep. That's 75% of the battle. ♥️

This is good advice! Raw veganism worked well for me for 6 months, healed 4 large fibroids, lost 70 lbs, restored my vision to better than perfect, and more. After 6 months however I began to feel sluggish and found out I was anemic, b12 low (even though I was using nutritional yeast and taking b12 liquid supplements). Also Vitamin D deficient. Now I eat a balanced whole food diet with high amounts of plant based food, with sweet potatoes, organic brown rice, oatmeal WITH wild caught salmon..All my levels are perfect now, I'm in my early 50's and I feel better than ever!

Thanks for this informative Video.
Its cool that this guy interviewed her even though he eats animals but he could consider this.. saying i love my meat' you actually are not loving it but committing violence towards animals and your own body and having a disconnect to what your actually partaking in. You have been conditioned to love the taste of rotting flesh but its not natural for the human body and will not help your vibe or future health
@innerview6298

And meat is a stimulant, very addictive. That's why some carnivores have this wild animal passions in their personality to "protect their meat". Some are just primitive/careless, some are meditating and balancing their nervous system. Even some spiritual teachers eat small amount meat yet many psychics see directly what that does to their cells eventhough a person may feel good. To each their own.
She is amazing!
Great interview

Raw vegan? How that works in fall and winter?
@autumngrace8541
Жыл бұрын
Don't start trying in fall or winter, youll be working against yourself, self sabotage will be a higher possibility, you need time to incorporate it. There are a few dehydrated foods that can be heated up to 115 f before you are killing the live enzymes.
15:05 I think you have to talk about it, who is in a lucrative thinking, he has to think about bringing children to the world, causing a INCREASING OF cost OF living. Demand for more apartments, elimination of land, animal elimination, plant elimination, elimination of the whole world and nature. We have already reached saturated with the amount of people and should start maintaining a maximum amount of people in the family. That is, a family of 4 generations should contain a certain amount of people and nothing more. You have to calculate exactly what the number is - and make sure no one in the family [the most extended family as of 2023] should be up to 4 generations, and with a number of up to say a certain amount I don't know just to say exactly how much. Then only with someone dead, say Dad or Mom died so the last generation in the dynasty can bring children as all those who died. Thus, there will be no cost of living, no more lands will be destroyed, and no more animals or plants will be killed. Everyone has land owned or owned by their dynasty, which will solve all the problems we mentioned. Translated using Google from Hebrew, I HOPE there IS NO incomprehensible TRANSLATES :) 15:05 אני חושב שצריך לדבר על כך, שמי שהולך בחשיבה משתלמת, הוא צריך לחשוב על כך שכרגע הבאת ילדים לעולם גורמת ליוקר מחיה.
Vegan is the real food nutrition. If you wanr to put excuses to reduce your life span, go ahead. But i promise you , its your choice
Didn't work for this girl. The toxins in plants made me sicker and sicker. Vegetarianism led to my hair not growing (cut one time per year as nearly no growth), my nails became paper thin, my eyesight went going downhill (super bad night blindness occurred) and my skin looked lackluster. Gave up after years and went carnivore! Never felt healthier. One little meme was of cave art from our ancestors and the write up stated, "We never see salads in cave paintings." So, our ancestors were meat-eaters.

There are long term vegans thriving for decades. Dr Ellesworth Wareham was a vegan cardiologist that died at 104 ( vegan for over 60 yrs) . I have yet to see a long term carnivore live to over 100. I lived in Alaska for 11 yrs and I would not look to the Inuit population as role models for health🧐
