The fact that you're giving this advice for free is testament to your incredible heart! Thank you! I have been into kettebells for over 10 years, discovered via Pavel of course. A friend who wanted to join the gym asked me for advice. knowing him, I said, don't join the gym, you will go one week, and the gym will feed off your bank account for months until you decide to cancel your membership and feel guilty for not having gone and lost the membership money. My recommendation: get a single kettlebell, a 12Kg or 16kg, a gym in one piece of equipment. Your video is exactly what I was looking for to share with him.

Im 55 years old and just found the kettlebell work outs with Gregory 6 weeks ago, and can tell you this system works for me. I look as good as I did in my 30's going to the gym 5 days a week. I only do 3 kettlebell workouts a week at 20mins and some yoga on my off days. I'm actually addicted to the workouts and look forward to the next one!

I appreciate what you do. I’m 54 and work way too much. In January, after seeing one of your videos for the first time, I dusted off my old kettlebells and went to work. Mon, Tues/Thur, Fri splits. 8 years of excuses - after gaining a 3 hour commute - gone. I’ve gone from 221 to 203 and need some new clothes. I feel great. My triglycerides went down to 170. Thank you and keep motivating us! 🤟

I'm so out of shape that my heart rate goes up quickly after just walking quickly on a treadmill. I was thinking to use a heart rate monitor to track my heart rate to keep it below a certain level for 20 mijutes. Trying to get to a basic level of fitness first

Don't buy a heart hate. Just feel you body limits. Try to walk on the streets. Avoid go walk on a theadmill. Find a place to be your goal to achieve. On the streets you will walk more and you will not feel bored. You will lose more weight and feel alive. Just go. Don't think much, just go.

Dear Gregory, your body has transformed tremendously very recently. You did mention you calculate your one rep max and such but i still don’t know what exactly changed in your work out routine. Could you make a video that breaks down what the reasons are your body transformed and how we can do it ourselves?

@@MuesliMachoI think getting as strong as him or at least close as possible is going to be easier if you workout only 3h a week. The reason is that building muscle, certainly after a certain point becomes harder and harder. Muscle and strength: Mike Mentzer is a favorite amongst many people because he developed a system to workout minimally during the week yet see large results. Strenght: If his way of working doesn't suit you I'd try the training of strongmen. A cool way is too lift heavy sandbags. My favorite guy for sandbag training is a channel called stone circle. And otherwise I'd suggest to do kettlebell exercises 3h a week. Choose a few exercises that will enhance your functional power. I'd stick to 5 exercises in total. Stick to those exercises and increase the weight every now and then. Then when you reach a plateau find other exercises that will eventually help you go past your initial plateau. And repeat this until you become a monster. If none of that resonates find someone more knowledgeable than me because I'm definitely not an expert haha.

I am going to unsubscribe. making unrealistic promises and downplaying the struggle and commitment necessary to get "fit" is unethical and does more harm than good. I love kettlebells and have been using them almost daily for many years. I love the quality of your instruction but cannot support your channel any more. To promise fitness in 6 weeks and ignore messaging related to the struggle and commitment necessary is not tolerable.

I'm not sure where you saw that he downplayed the commitment and effort needed to get fit. As for 6 weeks, you can make a lot of progress in that time, especially if one is currently sedentary. Fitness exists on a spectrum, and you won't arrive at a destination called "fit" ever, and certainly not within 6 weeks. But 6 weeks is a good starting goal, and is enough time to make noticeable progress.
