I actually think it's sad that she wasn't allowed to continue on the show. She seems so kind. She was trying to do something great with her life and live a dream, but people couldn't get past her past. I applaud Don for at least being classy and graceful. Sponsors. And the subject here is not what is in commercials but what is on the shows that they sponsor. To this day , " the people " are the ones who target companies for boycotts if they advertise on a show that contains something they don't like. .

OLU Crew I stopped watching in the late 80s pretty much. I think they tried new hosts because the ratings was getting so bad - an attempt to be young and fresh by replacing Don (I think he said he didn’t want Rap artists on his show)? But Rap and Hip Hop was dominating the charts and the ST audience. The show just ran it’s course.

Coming from a musical and theatrical background, I've always said and I will keep saying -- dancing and living a life of your own design will preserve you for a very long time! These Soul Train dancers prove the aforementioned to a T!

The editor deserves a raise! This flowed very well and on beat

I had already found out in recent years that she danced on Soul Train when they showed the old episodes on bounce TV. I found it sort of strange seeing wondering why was she dancing on the show knowing that at the time, she was at the height of the adult industry.

These interviews are golden!

I got to meet her in person back in the early 90s along with Raquel Darian when they were doing a promotional event at a Connecticut adult video store. She was really cool and down to earth. One of my favorite adult film stars ever, even if she was on the skinny side of the game. She treated everyone the same whether they were spending money or not. Real good people. TBH she looks even better now especially with a little weight on her.

Damn she looks good, she hasn’t aged at all.

I remember Lil Kim mentioned her in the song “Big momma thing”. It’s nice to match a face to the song lol. She still looks great from Soul train to now! 🙌🏾
