of course he puts other people in danger! He could accidentally crash into a pedestrian crossing the street or get himself hit by a car which may not hurt the driver phisically but hitting someone is not a nice experience that you forget in a day or a week. I think there definitely is a "KZread middle class" - anyone with a channel pulling in more than 6 million views/month (and there are many) is going to be making $60k/year at least, and that's just from adsense. If they do anything extra - brand deals, referrals, merch, speaking, sell products or services - that view number can be far, far lower. I think we just don't hear much about a middle class because the people in it neither vlog about buying sports cars nor write viral articles about how they have to work at Starbucks.

If you consider 6 Million views per month as middle class... I would call that already big. But I agree that there certainly is a middle class. Their problem is just that it is too much work to keep it as hobby but it makes too little money to live off.

I had to pause and say i loved all of your answers but the answer at 6:47 really hit home because I just reached 100 subscribers myself. It was hard and it took a long time but I was happy with just 1 person hearing what I had to say. KZread has helped me find my path, my mission in life. Ever since 2008 when I first came across the platform it has lead me down this road of self-discovery. Encouraging me to form my own opinions, challenging me to do more and care more about the stories and the people. I've been making videos for school and work since 2009 but yesterday I put out my first short film. And when it was released a sense of, I don't know, the word isn't accomplishment, but like a verification (or something) come over me. Verifying that that was the type of videos I was supposed to be making. Videos about people who care about putting a little bit of good/positivity back into the world. Helping them convey their stories and hopefully encouraging, motivating, and inspiring others to stay positive and go out and do the same. You, Ben Brown, Dan the Director, JackGap, all of you guys encouraged me to stay positive, to care about people and to create. I know I am glad that you are a KZreadr. And I just wanted to pause and say thank you. You're amazing, and now I will continue watching the video. Thanks Casey !!!!

Finn, I'm not trying to lowkey anything. I just put out a film yesterday. A film I worked hard on and I wouldn't have gotten to this place without motivation and inspiration I received from Casey and some of my favorite KZreadrs . Something Casey said encouraged me to comment. I rarely comment. He said the first 100 was hard. I just reached 100. So I felt it, this whole freaking month I wanted to give up filming that freaking video. It was flipping hot. So many reshoots. But when I saw it, when I watched it on my channel I just felt happiness and gratitude. Casey motivated me to move to New York. That experience was fucking hard. But I wouldn't be the person I am right now without those experiences and I was just thanking one of my favorite KZreadrs for helping me find that path. That's all Finn. I'm sorry if I offended you in anyway but that answer hit home and I wanted to talk about it.

Competition absolutely generates benefits to consumers and stimulates an economy, which is a point I've been saying for years to Liberals and most recently to all the Brexit Remainers. The internet, more specifically social media, is a vehicle for the smaller voices (left/trolls/militants/socially ostracized) to seem larger than they really are.

It's going to be a matter of service. If you can provide better service than a huge corporation then you're fine. Yes, they can beat you on price points, marketing, advertising and investments, but if you provide great service, you'll be able to overcome that obstacle. As part of your business strategy it's overcoming these potential challenges.

The idea of the free market is great, but only if you remove the human factor of greed and the ability corporations have to sue small competition into the ground so they never see the light of day. The only reason people don't like the free market is because they know the reality of humans and what's happening right now with large companies.

Law suits require a legitimate argument. If people took on the attitude that the free market was that hostel then the big companies have already won, by intimidation. I'm a small business owner and I have several friends who are as well. It's all a matter of your personal fortitude and attitude. If you want to direct your personal money/business angst and its effects on the economy, then you need to turn your attention to the Federal Reserve, which is neither Federal nor a Reserve. They control the money. They control the ebbs and flow of Huge Corporations and Big Business. They control our economy, percentage rates and inflation, which doesn't cost them anything because money is simply Legal Tender. The irony, the dollar is not lawful money, quite an array of contradictions don't you agree? What the Treasury would have you believe is that GDP backs the dollar. Spoiled? He lives in NYC, owns a Jeep and doesn't even keep it in the city because of $10k/mo parking fees MOST likely. If you watched the blogs you'd notice he's just as frugal of a person and business man as someone with half his money.

Only a sick human being would name their kid "Vlog", although I wouldn't put it past some people. I don't hold much respect for people who give their kids weird or unusual names. They might think it's cute or whatever but it's the kid who has to live with the name, will probably get made fun of or bullied for having a weird name, etc. And that saddens me.
