One thing I've always loved about Naruto's fights is that they always have a structure. It's not like some shows, where they just smash into each other until someone wins. There tends to be a clear beginning, middle and end that makes it satisfying to watch, to the point where you could divide the best ones into segments. Its like a story

Underrated but Sasuke Vs Danzo was crazy in terms of Sasuke using his brain. He knew about Danzo's Isanagi and bated him into wasting it by constantly pressing him, then when he used his fireball jutsu against Danzos summoning, he also confirms that Danzo is susceptible to genjutsu by casting an illusion of itachi on him and then later using genjutsu to win the fight by making Danzo think he had one more eye than he did.

Another great video In my opinion, in fiction, the fighting style of a person should always mirror the personality. This is very well done in Naruto. Itachi: creates lies everyone believes - genjutsu expert Obito: "dies", but is still there - ability to be like a ghost the covered examples in this video and many more are just spot on You have covered that well

Naruto and Sasuke as individual characters get misunderstood a lot even though majority of the story is centred around them, especially when it comes to people believing they go through character "regression" instead of "progression". It's definitely a video I'll be making :)

Dang you helped me realize something. Itachis greatest genjutsu had nothing to do with his eyes but his ability to create an illusion with the reality that he lived in ie his deception. Proven further more by his ability to see through those who deceive and yet continuing to deceive them. Like the akatsuki, anbu, his clan, sasuke, etc. Absolutely stellar character. Great content man can’t wait for the next video.

Build up for an action scene was one of the best aspects about Naruto. And the giant finale one between Sasuke and Itachi was pretty much set up from the very beginning and it’s amazing to see how Kishimoto pulled it off. Both being super intense and well choreographed all at the same time. It was also great to see the eventual lead up to the end when it looks like Sasuke really got the revenge he always wanted only for everything he and we thought we knew and only be turned upside down, and all that and everything else we eventually see Itachi do helped make Itachi my third favourite character in the whole franchise. But the way everything was done in the fight was still spectacular with delivering everything that had been building up until then.

My favorite kinds of fights in Naruto are the ones like Neji vs Kidomaru, Rock Lee vs Gaara, or Sasuke vs Itachi (like u pointed out). Some of the best Naruto fights, are the ones that have strategy/skill involved or a clashing of deals/bonds. While allowing each character to display their inherent abilities/jutsu’s.

I've watched a lot of anime and none of them have as much emotion and history/buildup behind each fight as Naruto. I feel like I'm crazy for valuing this so much because kids nowadays hate on Naruto hard and put other shonen on a pedestal that don't even come close in my eyes. And yes, I have watched Hunter x Hunter multiple times and have watched Yuyu Hakusho. Other anime can have 1-3 fights in the entire series that come close to Naruto but every other fight seems to just come from nowhere and simply look good (which I do like as well). But all the fancy effects and abilities still can't beat the simple old Naruto VS Neji fight, and it's difficult to explain to those who don't get it. Naruto was considered peak anime throughout the 2000s for a reason. The problems that people have with the writing towards the end honestly have more to do with the evolution of anime writing in general. Kishimoto and his editors were trying to appeal to the new audience that simply wants to see fights 24/7 even if they don't have a point.
