Kinda cutting. Just cut out mass gainer and chocolate milk (1400 of my daily bulk calories)

    Bulk mate put some size on cut later, get a spot if you can and if you can't only do like 90% of your max bench and be mindful of how tired you are, you can load up the machines after or dumbells if you still want to go super heavy and big up the chocolate milk

    @@jlondohundo keep bulking but slowdown the pace of bulking. 30lbs in 5 months means alot of it was too many calories and you're getting more fat than is needed.
